i don’t know if CPSIII is emulated via kawaks, but kawaks has a screenshot factory which allows you to disable certain layers. that could help.

Ha, unfortunately it looks like the SRK re-release blew away their wiki, destroying all the english JJBA info there. It wasn’t great (mostly), but it was something.

To be honest, people here are probably more than happy to answer your questions as well as in the GGPO Jojo’s lobby.

As far as I can tell, the SRK wiki is gone. Is that not the case? Did it move? I don’t see any links.
That said, I saved off google cache versions of the jojo’s pages that I could find. Not all were cached as far as I can tell.
I’ve been thinking today (I’m at work so haven’t given it much thought) of registering a jojos-related domain if I can think of one I like and hosting an english-language wiki for the game there. Aspirin’ to be like the hard edge wiki, albeit more specialized. I dunno if anyone here (people?) would contribute at all if I did that though.
I’d be down for a real dedicated JJBA Wiki. Hardedge is in-depth with the system mechanics, but had some character entries left blank. But the DIO info is top notch.
It’d be great to have some character strategy contributions, instead of just combos. That was a plus for having the SRK JJBA Wiki around.
Regarding Hardedge having gaps on it, that probably just means AtTheGates or someone else doesn’t play those character(s). Since I don’t speak german, I didn’t think it’d be my place to modify/add any content there, either, at least not without asking ATG.
And yes, while I didn’t think the SRK entries actually had much (good) content in the way of strategy contributions, I like the idea of that, including matchup-specific advice. Really more than anything there’s just a lack of information that’s actually been written down in the west for the game.

that’s exactly the case ^^ the jojo wiki is 100% by subarashii and me, i learned several chars just so i can post some stuff, but there are some where i just can’t get myself to learn them currently, lol. maybe some time in the future.
all mah jojo knowledge is in my head, and when i do try to write it out for others to use, I get side tracked…
