So something I never noticed, in one of Laura’s win quotes that she says you just have to rub your hair a little for electricity, which explains why her hands are behind her head for her fireball.
You’ll notice for a lot of her electric based moves that she’ll run her hands through her hair before following through. Most notably in her fireball, V- Trigger, and win animation.
Laura’s greatest weakness: washing that nasty-ass hair
And clothes.
Now I know why she had half her hair braided. Gonna keep the frizzy hair in check.
Actually, static electricity happens best with clean hair. Haven’t you ever had a static discharge when putting a wool jersey? It works with clean, dry hair.
I demand they change Laura’s V-trigger to be like Necalli’s…but instead her braids bust free and she gets super-frizzy fro-hair!

Anyways, something randomly interesting I just found out. Chun Li has an attack called Kikosho; 気功掌, “Qigong Palm”, and Tien Shinhan from DBZ has the Kikoho; 気功砲, “Qigong Cannon”. Both drain the users stamina with each use, and both create neatly shaped blast radii that leave little damage beyond the vicinity they hit.
Is it really Kolin, though? I mean, that’s the best guess we have right now until confirmed otherwise, but still… why the sudden change in hairstyle? Is she going undercover so she had to change her appearance slightly to meet up with Nash? Is it a different person altogether? Is it Nash’s friend/fiance/family member?
It’s a best guess only. Maybe the sudden change is because they still want to keep the Illuminati hints to a minimum in the official timeline. In the comics, it’s been confirmed that they are behind Nash but in the official story we still only have the forehead gem to go with. Showing Kolin outright would be a dead giveaway and Capcom think they are being secretive. Silly Capcom. Don’t they know that we here already figured out the entire story with all its twists and turns just from the first reveal trailer. 
There is no Nash friend/fiance/family member in the official canon as of yet. I thought that maybe it was Guile’s Wife (Julia) but I still think it is Evil Kolin seducing him.
Ahhhhh so they are following Mortal Kombat style storylines. Capcom has seen the light…
MKX arcade mode though dealt with the aftermath of the Cinematic Story Mode.
SF5’s looks to be a prologue for the Cinematic Story Mode to a greater extent.
I suppose Capcom might actually play on the love triangle with Kolin in it this time. Questions is, who’s going to be the other two members? Nash and Urien? Nash and Gill? Will they keep Nash completely out of it and have only Urien and Gill as Kolin’s “closer” affiliation?
Or maybe TRY and actualy have a lovestory plot between Chun and Nash and have Kolin play the “evil sexy bitch” part?

I think most of us here wanted the Nash x Chun budding Alpha romance to be true. It adds a new and welcome layer to both characters and makes Bison that much more evil for ruining their relationship.
If true, it would create an even MORE interesting dynamic with Kolin representing ‘the other woman’ in this triangle. Even though Chun’s legs can pin down any man, I am sure that Kolin’s lethal cocktail of sex and religion can tame a man like Nash just as hard.
