We might get a flashback of cop Chun fighting Vega

I TOLD YOU MOTHERFUCKERS WE ARE GETTING A STORY!!!
I think the blonde girl Nash is talking to might be either Julia (Guileâs wife) or Eliza (Kenâs wife). Then again, it could be Cammy in yet another outfit.
Could be Kolin acting as a handler.
And it will most likely suck XDDD
Letâs face it, Ono or whoeverâs writing the scripts suck. Street Fighter x Tekkenâs âstorylineâ, for example
I canât see it, but Iâm on my phone right nowâŚ
Looks like a scorpion tied to skullomanias back
It looks like Necalli.
Get the fuck out.
With the game now just a few short weeks away from release, Capcom has finally lifted the lid on what players can expect from Street Fighter Vâs single-player story modes.
While previous iterations in the Street Fighter series typically went with an arcade-style linear progression of fights with the occasional cutscene or post-battle dialog thrown in to give some context, Street Fighter V looks to mix up that formula.
There will still be something akin to those older games present, coming in the way of character stories. Here, each individual world warrior will get his or her own story segment, focused on explaining how and why they came to partake in the events of Street Fighter V. These stories will be personalized for whomever you pick, so who you fight along the wayâincluding who that characterâs end boss isâis specific to each roster choice.
Much like the training mode weâve recently had the chance to experience in the gameâs beta, the characters stories will have dialog scenes drawn by famous Japanese artist Bengus, a man whose name should be well known to any long-time Capcom fans. Bengus has done artwork for a number of previous fighting games for the developer, including Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Marvel vs Capcom 2, so I think itâs pretty cool to see Capcom tap his talent as a bit of an homage to the legacy of the franchise.
Character stories will be part of Street Fighter V at launch, and as new characters as added, their stories will be available as soon as you unlock those fighters for yourself.
I did, however, say âmodesâ instead of âmode,â and thatâs where things get especially interesting. In addition to those character stories, the game will also have a bigger, beefier cinematic story mode. (All these names, by the way, are still tentative as of now.) Here, players will be treated to one giant, canonical tale that helps bridge the gap between Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter III, giving Street Fighter V its proper place in the timeline. In the cinematic story mode, you wonât choose your character; instead, as you progress through the narrative, who youâre playing as will shift, as events unfold and you learn more about whatâs going on. All of the main roster will show up in this mode, including a few of the first wave of DLC characters; as of now, however, the story wonât expand as more roster additions happen down the road.
The experience will be bigâCapcom promises more than an hour of âcinematic contentâ beyond the fights themselvesâbut even bigger could be the companyâs ambitions for the mode. In previous games, part of the focus was to give players something interesting depending on who they were running through single-player with. Unfortunately, that played more than a little havoc on what the âtrueâ story of the game actually was. With Street Fighter Vâs cinematic story mode, having one solid, focus storyline is now the goal, so that thereâs no question of whose ending is considered canon and whose isnât. (At least, you know, for us weirdos who actually care about what the âtrueâ story is in our fighting games.)
The one downside is that the cinematic story mode wonât be hitting alongside Street Fighter V at launch, but at least it wonât be too late to the party. As of now, Capcom expects it to be added to the game come June.
To quickly hit on a few questions you might have: No, you wonât need to play either of the story modes to unlock any major content in the game, but of course you will earn Fight Money to help do just that, and playing them will supposedly net you some kind of âbonusâ; Yes, the story modes will be voiced, in both English and Japanese; The official timeline, as of now, is Street Fighter > SF Alpha > SF2 > SFIV > SFV > SFIII; And no, the cinematic story mode will not feature Bengusâ art, as itâll use in-game assets for all of its narrative moments.
Update:Â I received clarification on how post-launch content will work in terms of what can be earned and what must be purchased with real-world money.

The Street Fighter V cinematic story expansion will be released in June 2016 as a free update to all players. The story takes place between Street Fight IV and Street Fighter III and bridges the events that happen in between the two stories. This is the first time in franchise history that fans will be able to play through this type of cinematic story experience in a Street Fighter game.
Anyone else noticed in the part where Nash is looking at Guileâs picture he doesnât have the gem on his forehead?
My think this could be a part by the end of the story, maybe Nashâs mind-controlling gem is ripped away and he regains consciousnessâŚ

What a fucking time to be alive. Gonna be hard working with this diamond boner I have.
Ah ha! Everything I could ask for. Probably. Well the haters finally have to accept it. We get the people comic-like artwork, finally get all the canon backstories so people can stop debating that stuff, cinematic engrossing story that looks absolutely ridiculous, and nothing from a gameplay perspective has been compromised to deliver it. I also think itâs wise the way theyâre doing it. More than likely they were more focused on balancing the gameplay and polishing the game and thatâs why the story isnât out on release, but I also think it works out in the sense that this gives everyone time to see the backstory first, learn how to play all the characters, learn the modes, get engrossed in the online, and then get the big story. Plus, releasing them at separate times will only bring in an extra group of consumers. Good stuff. Pretty hyped for my day now lol.
Edit: Oh and Bison looks dope. DBZ level Psycho Power explosions I can dig.

There is Decapre.
Yup, you can see her braids and her new visor.
The missing wrestling ring stage was in the trailer. So now all stages from the arts have been accounted for except Dubai/Desert City.
Day/Night cycles also confirmed. That first SFV leak list was gold.

I can clearly see the Gem in that scene. The lighting is dark, so it isnât shining, almost blending into his greenish skin. But it definitely is there.
Necalli is in the India (Mumbai) stage. He roars at a cop who falls flat on his ass. Dhalsim is seen next to the cop, defending him. Ryu is there as well, I think.
Bisonâs plan is creating an impact. Whatever it is, it is going to fall in 24 hours. Predicted sites are in Korea (Juri) / Japan, China (Chun Li), India (Dhalsim), Eastern Europe (Zangief?), Western Europe (Cammy), Brazil (Laura) and United States (Ken & Guile).
Nash is talking to Kolin. What if Nash has been ordered to kill Guile?
Man oh man, 2 1/2 weeks to go and its onâŚ
SHORYUKEN !!!
Mind is fucken blown.
Yup, Iâm thinking he is sent to kill Guile, that will be Guileâs intro into the game. And Maybe he is successful.
