I’ve always thought Darkstalkers’ World was a in a parallel universe, so their characters could have a “human” counterpart in SF. And this could be the case. Nakayama confirmed this Ruby isn’t Ruby Heart. “Ruby is the daughter of a norwegian bartender, not Ruby Heart”. Using this trick, you can import pretty much any character from any Capcom series. You can well suppose their bar is a thematic bar, and voilà, they can dress as pirates.

So now i can accept the thought of the many DS characters and look alike probability(scott and max situation) that appeared in SFA2 ken stage to be ordinary civilians and people that are just simply friends of the masters family, never the original DS verse and never beyond greater than Ken’s fighting prowess?
See if Capcom was operating on a parallel universe ideal, I’d be fine with that. If in SF there are “familiar” looking people who happen to have more than a passing resemblance to other Capcom game characters and vice versa, it’s a bit of fun – also it’d be a canon application of Chun and Charlie having cameos as news anchors in those Mega Man mangas and games hah.
I think that’s a better option than merging various incompatible game series.

With that in mind see a bunch of Norway giants be a crew of sailor/pirate/viking/fishermen/whatever feel so SF2 and right

Think I’ll do some Ruby Heart combos in Marvel tonight. I always found her to be quite fun in that.
Hell, I’ll even post her AAC profile for @bakfromon or @Miðgarðsorm even though she’s not exactly the same as the one in the SFV profile. I still think knowing more of her backstory would be cool despite the fact that it originated from the Vs series.
