You’re greatly overestimating how representative Nash is of Gill’s power. Cammy wrecked Decapre. Decapre was infused with Psycho power. That doesn’t make Cammy > Bison. As @CrayRaven pointed out. Urien bodied Nash with ease and Gill is supposed to be the stronger of the two brothers.
Not only that, but there is something that people have looked over. Charlie was a dead man walking and because of this according to him, he could not get progress. His power could no longer grow as if it would if he were still alive. That should make people consider how strong Charlie actually was. I don’t think he was very strong, and from what I grasp from the story his resurrection was rushed. I think Gill might of overestimated in Charlie, but probably due to trying to fulfill the prophecies.

You’re misunderstanding me.
I know that Nash ≠ Gill. But Gill’s power has little to no effect on Bison himself as far as we know. Bison’s ki can only be negated by specific types of ki and only at certain doses. Bison’s ki can also grow at exponential rates faster than any known fighter because of the way it works. A fully powered Bison is the stronger of the two, and arguably stronger than most anyone in the canon. Bear in mind that we never actually saw a fully powered Bison in the canon, as Rashid stopped him from realizing in the nick of time.
The story of SF5 strongly implies that if Bison succeeds in plunging the world into chaos, he would be irreversibly unstoppable. We saw what he was able to do with just *one *city in chaos. His power hypothetically knows no limits, and this places his potential beyond most fighters and that includes Gill.
Furthermore, Gill is just a kid to Bison. He’s like 27 years old, and too far off from his fullest potential if we haven’t seen it yet.
In the only Capcom sanctioned portrayal of a Bison x Gill scenario, Bison is the one who defeats Gill in a fight. Yes, this is a non-canonical portrayal, but it is reflective of their train of thought to say the least IMO.

Good. I was still scared that after the CFAS Ingrid profile we might get a Street Fighter Ingrid one.
My point is I am working with what we do know about the characters from their various portrayals through out their histories, especially their most recent ones, rather than avoiding the topic and holding on to the gaps in our knowledge.
Based on everything we DO know, be it factual or strongly implied, I’d say that Bison has an edge over Gill if they were to hypothetically fight with their fullest powers at the ready.
Well, someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the pachinko game portrays Zangief as a member of Shadaloo, so probably not.
