Seth himself is an artificial life form so yes, he is Technology, also his Ki isnāt natural and generated by the machine inside him (aka the Tanden engine)
IIRC Dhalsimās fire powers were divine in nature, because of some sort of blessing from a Goddess, but Iāve heard they changed that later. How and when they came to retcon that?
Itās not really a deception, its derives from his power to read peoples thoughts and perceptions. Itās an illusion, similar to Roseās āSoul Illusionā in the aspect they are both illusions, but heās more proficient than Rose at doing this.
Story wise, Simās fire is nothing more than mind manipulation, he makes his opponent see fire and feel the sensation of heat and burning, but the fire and sensation are not real.
We know he can nullify other projectiles with it, and I see this as meaning the energy he useās has no tangible form, but Sim makes anyone perceive it as flames.
Saying the energy Seth uses itself isnāt natural is like say the electricity from Viperās gloves isnāt natural electricity. You canāt have a force that is unnatural, but the glove that produces it is. Viper is obviously not the one that generates her own electricity like Blanka, Laura, and Ryu with his Denjin.
Likewise Seth and Juri have access to natural ki, but they themselves produce unnaturally. The ki energy is very natural, itās the thing thatās generating it which isnāt.
Yea. Take away Juriās and Viperās tech, and they have no access to any type of energy save for her own. Normally theyāre probably about as strong as a normal human in prime condition, which in comparison with the World Warriors isnāt much.
If we were to take away Sethās tech, without him dying in the process, he should be just as strong as Abel, who is still genetically enhanced.
I meant to say that itās not Seth HIMSELF who generates the energy that he uses for Sonic Booms and stuff. Itās the machine that does it for him, since he is an artifical lifeform, and canāt be a source of Ki, unlike other fighters like Ryu or Chun or Guile
Yea, and you see none of the heroes actually using these machines to artificially boost themselves. In fact theyāre usually the ones trying to put a stop to BLECE, Psycho Drives, and energy boosters because of how disturbingly unnatural they are. Theyāre the ones who are supposed to set examples, by having been trained to accomplish ki and not by shortcuts.
A character affiliated with the good who canāt keep up with all the energy balls will use some sort of mechanism to do so, like Viper and Rashid. But theyāre not boosting their energy in any way, they just have fancy gadgets.
Also, youāre absolutely right on the battle damaged Seth, he is in a sense like the Oni. His body is just a shell for massive amounts of energy. That being said, all of Sethās ki has been unnaturally gathered, while Oniās has been naturally acquired through Akuma. (natural in a sense that SnH actually requires some form of skill as opposed to T.E.)
The energy behaves in the same way when damaged, because theyāre both inhuman ki shells of their former selves.
What do you guys think are the chances of SFV Bison being stronger than A3 (aka Final) Bison and, if so, how he fares against the rest of the cast when compared to the former?
That depends on how really strong is Necalli and how much he will amplify Bisonās current body and power compared to the natural abilities of his previous body from the Alpha era
Mostly on e-Capcom Twitter stream. You can also find a lot of gems like this partership with an anti-hair loss shampoo producer and Necalli is, obviously, their testimonial. Weird stuff.
Considering SF4 Bison is stronger than Final Bison Iād be willing to wager SF5 Bison is stronger stillā¦and if/when Bisonecalli happens he will be OVER 9000!
Sorry if itās been covered already but storyline wise this game should take place between 1995-1998 right (post SFIV and pre SF III)? Was a reason for the āEisbahn 2016ā picture on the London stage ever properly explained then?. Or likely is it just a Capcom oversight?
