I wouldn’t call her normal non-existant. Sure, not Vega level of course, but there are plenty of characters with worse normals AND lower damage output
Her super seems to be zero frames after freeze but it is blockable (its a hit now) but because it is zero frames you can’t shoryuken it. If they’re doing anything other than block, they get hit, including backdash (because she runs forward during her super now)
Her raida is also VERY fast, I don’t know the frame data.
Tsumuji loops are back but from HK tsumuji. HK tsumuji doesn’t link from mk, only from TC4 / hp / cr. hp as far as I can tell.
Air combos are about as good as they seem, you can hit with lp hp [or] lk mk [or] hk in the air. HK will bounce on the ground and give you enough time to raida, cr. mk to whatever or super if you wish.
mp mp mk combo is character specific it seems… overall still a very technical character.
I haven’t found any knockdowns that can’t be rolled out of (there are a few for some characters)

Chain combos can’t be jump canceled. She also doesn’t have her super jump anymore it seems, but she can super jump cancel. Her normal jump sucks…
Cr. mp cr. hp launcher connects from max range cr. mp making it an amazing footsie tool. You know her cr. hp in SF4? Well imagine her hand there, and then take the length from her wrist to the tips of her fingers and extend that much further, that is how far it hits or so.
Vortex as we know it is dead. I haven’t found any reliable setups just yet. Safejumps seem to be dead too, people get up too damn fast.
So are you saying Lp. Lp. Mk. xx Lk Tsumuji xx Mk. xx Mk Tsumuji doesn’t work?

c.mp is chainable, not cancelable.
A friend told me ending a juggle with cammy’s cr. sweep will be hard knockdown (unrollable). Haven’t tested myself.
Links from slide are as spacing dependent as always… raida charge to store a counter hit helps.
close LP is easier to link together, forgot to mention that. LP lp mk xx lk tsumuji will land, you cannot land LP after
but tc4 x hk tsumuji 2 hits, lp mk neckbreaker will land. Feels like 1 frame link still.
Her new bread n butter is probably going to be cr. lk cr. lk st. lp mk (previously a bread and butter but a one frame link… only knew one ibuki who used it), (replacing what I usually see, cr. lp cr lp lp mk)
edit, few other notes, inputs for a few target combos are different (tc4, tc8?), will take some getting used to. This is to avoid chains. TC8 (hp cr. hk hk) doesn’t air reset now, you can sjc kazegiri after for some good damage.
to give you an idea of how fast raida is, you can sazan (down forward mk slide) into raida without counter hit. I don’t know the frame data but it is ridiculously fast.
Yeah after some testing i’ve noticed all this… Ibuki feels very weird. You also can not cancel into Tsumuji after Lk. Mk.
But you can cancel into Tsumuji if your just using Mk. Everything about her just feels weird from the TC’s to just normal’s.
She hit’s like a fucking truck though, it’s just everything you would expect from SF4 isn’t there anymore… I think im just going to spend the rest of the night in the lab with Ibuki because of the tools they took away from her it’s almost like starting all over again.

she doesn’t seem to hit as hard as the rest of the cast, the highest non meter combo i’ve found is only 406 or so…
she can also SJC her lk mk hk combo now as well.

crouch mk is what I mean. It hasn’t ever been cancelable. It is chainable due to the launcher chain system in sfxt.
Can she still use Raida to grab other characters out of special moves, Balrog’s rush punches, ect?

Soul have you found any way to make EX Kazakiri xx HK or HP to connect on character’ like Ryu or Ken?
vatsu you do the HP as soon as you can (just mash it and it’ll connect), you need to delay the hk.

Lol i’m not one for mashing, I was just having a bit of a hard time landing the Hard kick on some what small characters like Ryu or Ken. I can connect it on characters like king tho. That Float at the end of Kazi is like wtf lol. I suppose this is what i get for practicing 3s Ibuki ._.
Ibuki’s health is 900 or less. Might be 880 like Nina. Tested it in training mode
