Boat still going.
Wait, what? Shouldnât we be back on hiatus by now?
Quiet before you jinx it.
This is the closest English translation to what Togashi said about the situation: **âThe thing that I most wanted to do was to let someone kill a member of the Troupe. The flow of the story had already been roughly decided but not who exactly Hisoka would kill in the end. Although Hisoka wished to kill Machi in that place, I rejected it,â Togashi wrote.
âIn keeping with the course of events on the boat, it was necessary to have a messenger to the rest of the Troupe. Based on the reflection and revenge from this fight, and the fact that Chrolloâs ability should be curtailed, Hisoka coldly made the rational decision because I wanted to have his seriousness shown. I have a hunch that leaving Machie alive would like make things more interesting further down the road.â**
I wonder why Hisoka thinks he can beat the Phantom Troupe when the likely outcome of this would be him facing the entire remaining Troupe members simultaneously? Especially if they meet on a boat with pretty much nowhere to hide which seems to be whatâs being set-up for their confrontation. Thatâs another reason why I thought killing Machi and not informing anyone of his intentions would make achieving his goals âslightlyâ easier to achieve, it would give him some time (a day or two at most) to take out the weaker unsuspecting Phantom Troupe members individually before the rest figure out that Hisoka somehow came back to life when (like youâve just said) the Troupe members who were specifically told to varify his death turn up dead, even if theyâre killed after they confirm Hisokaâs death, and also Chrollo suddenly losing their Nen abilities and being unable to contact them via phone. Informing Machi of his plans and letting her live certainly does make things a lot more interesting for the storylineâŚ
Regarding Kurapika and Chrollo, I thought their fued pretty much ended when Kurapika tossed him out of his car with judgment chain placed on his heart. Kurapika seemed only concerned with finding the Scarlett eyes and ensuring that Gon and Killua were safe rather than killing Chrollo, and he hasnât worried about anyone in the Phantom Troupe since. Likewise Chrollo hasnât talked about going after Kurapika since regaining his Nen and right now heâs preoccupied with other things like robbing anything valuable on the boat, dealing with the deaths of two Troupe members and getting revenge against Hisoka. Chrollo and Kurapika will probably agree to a temporary truce, itâs unlikely that theyâll completely avoid each other but they have more pressing issues to deal with right now.
In the latest Chapter I think the new side effect of Kurapikas Nen is what Gon needs right now, weâll probably see this at the end of the Arc, if he survives⌠maybe even if he dies. I believe prince Terrerensnsee (whatever the hell his name is) already knows Nen but is pretending not to, and Iâm starting to think that Togashi went on a haitus to prepare for the depth of this Arc considering the amount of characters being introduced every week⌠Iâm only focusing on Benjaminâs crazy guards because they stick out from the rest.
Just thought of something⌠So itâs impossible to learn Nen in 2 weeks but what if Kurapika uses his Nen to âawakenâ the Nen abilities of the guards heâs training after 2 weeks⌠yes itâs a dumb idea but if heâs under pressure to show results after 2 weeks thereâs a slight possibility that might happen.
Yeah, I found out last night. I think we had the largest amount of people abandon HxH during the last haitus, thatâs why theyâre taking so long to translate it to English these days. The other top mangas are literally translated within an hour after the official Japanese release.
Dragon Quest strikes again!
One Piece is gonna finish before this shit.
Thank you Po for waiting until the Hiatus started again before posting.
Your trolling is much appreciated and quite humorous.
Lie.
I thought the Minority report Zakishi doll belonged to Benjaminâs guard, Yurikov, the tall one with the black sideburns and weird eyes. At the end of the previous chapter I thought it implied that was his Nen along with his ability to figure out someoneâs Nen ability just by looking at them, but in this chapter he canât even see it⌠I think itâs either Billâs Nen because he might be a traitor spying for another Prince, or Moar, the old guy who spoke to Kurapika over the phone on behalf of Tsubeppa. It seems too obvious to be the guard who keeps crossing the white line. Or it might belong to one of the maids.
HiatusXHiatus is over. New Chapter is out, but no good translation yet.
I want my credit
I was too busy looking for a translation you whore.
Everyone thank @Slurmz and whatever app he paid for that told him.
Edit: Hereâs a semi-decent translation until the usual sites update.
Pay? Moi?
Hiatus bets? Iâm giving him 3 more chapters.
Hold up, so what hapened when Hanzo confronted Wobles spirit beast at the end of the last chapter? Did I miss something because in the latest chapter heâs speaking to Kurapika.
