I wonder will this arc end with a fight with the king (whoever the opponent is) or a even more weird event.
I’d also have to put Hisoka as another candidate. We have to assume he is atleast the same level as Kuroro since he was the only reason Hisoka joined the Ryodon

^Yep, pretty much all of them are dead, as I doubt even with plot armor Gon/Killua could ever touch the king, that’s considering if they can even defeat Pitou(highly unlikely). Seems Togashi has done dbz syndrome in reverse and actually made the enemies too strong.
I personally think the king is going to become addicted to eating his subjects and some of them won’t be okay with that, an they’ll turn against him.
Yeah, it seems inevitable with his line “I can’t stand it…now that I know this taste…I can never eat anything else.”

Yeah, easily the creepiest chapter in a while. This is combined with the worst of all possible scenarios because even if the King probably will end up eating the Royal Guards that’s just going to make him even stronger because of his Hatsu.
Speaking of which, damn the Royal Guards have broken Specialization Hatsu. All of them can full heal? Beezelbub in particular is weirding me the fuck out.

I’ve always liked how the speech bubble there starts hanging low and works its way up.

i think the ryodan are closer to neteros level than shoot, knuckle or morou level. especially phinx, that lil asian pain packer dude, ex member hisoka and kuroro. than we got the zoldiacs, both of them real close to neteros level. lets not forget gin, any of the ryodan or zoldiacs can pretty much hold their own against the royal guards. really, the king is the only one who represents a problem.
Ryodan is a gang of thieves, but they can all fight because they are hardcore. The little girl that could make clones, the guy with the cellphone, pakunoda (chick with the nose and the gun and the tits), machi, shizuku, and some more aren’t even fighters.
Phinks, Feitan, Franklin, Nobunaga, Uvogobin, mummy and kuroro are your fighting force.
Netero was on some other shit as a fighter. The royal guards and the king couldn’t see his attacks because his movements were around the speed of sound. The only reason the King could fuck with him was because Netero couldn’t deal more than one damage against him per attack.
The King is the strongest fighter we’ve seen.

Who knows how strong Kuroro, Silva and Ging are. Best we’ve seen with Kuroro and Silva was that sandbagging fight.
And Damned, only healer on that team is Pitou. What they were doing was healing the king by him eating them, which is his power, not theirs.
gin is pretty much known as the unfuckable one, they did hype the fuck outta him saying there are at best 5 people on the whole world with nen control like him. phinx and feitang seem to be the most upper tier when it comes to the ryodan in terms of fighting ability, probably at the same level as kuroro and hisoka. all is speculation as we havent actually seen them do more that they did.
also wtf is up with that family guy baby lookin zoldiac, the oldest one. he was said to be the strongest back than and the only one who survived (notice, no beat but survived) against him was netero. oldie probably past his prime, but some people always stay at their peeks. and i washoping netero would die since the beginning of the series, finally its done. still, he was an awesome old dude.
Still pretty damned broken. Yupi at the very least seems to have almost free-range shape-shifting powers and we all know how powerful than can be.

While it was down, I started reading Hunter x Hunter from the beginning since I have the first eight volumes (in English, of course).
Chapter 11 still cracks me up, especially when Menchi just fails everyone at the end. Besides that, I noticed a few things I missed the first time around, like Mr. Satotz (the first examiner whose mouth we never saw) liking Killua when he was discussing who he thought would go furthest with Menchi and Buhara. Also noticed that Illumi’s actual face was shown and that Gataruckt identity was revealed as an alias on of the front drawing pages way before it comes up in the final round of the tournament.
Reading the beginning again was starting to make me miss Netero, though…

it would be cool if somehow kurapica teamed up with one of the ryodan like kuroro, who tricks or does a curse to an ant to become a member of the ryodan so kurapica can kill it lol.
