I can’t seem to find any info on this stick here in Japan. Is it US only?
It’s actually 12-pounds but I can’t imagine carrying it around. IMHO, it’s more of a stationary stick due to the size & weight. I’m more of a table top player & when I use the VLX Diamond in the man cave, it’s on top of a cushioned storage ottoman so the stability board helps. Although I can see where you’re coming from if you’re a lap player.

I already had a MCZ TE2 pre ordered but I went ahead and pre ordered this anyways. I’m going to try and sell 2 of my old sticks to pay for this new one. I’m willing to take a hit to do it because this new one is just too sexy to pass up.
Hori Japan’s site should sell it. At least that’s what AS told us.
It’s black because it’s supposed to look like a Vewlix L. This completes the series with the Red looking like the original Vewlix, the Diamond looking like the Vewlix Diamond and the new one looking like the Vewlix L, which interestingly enough is also available with the Hayabusa lever and Kuro buttons.
Hell even I took the plunge.
I missed out on my chances on the last 2 VLX sticks, the OG and Diamond Blue.
Although this one has kuro buttons, it does not mean I can’t still swap parts afterwards.
It looks like this time that part could be plastic instead of metal. I am not sure has i never had a VLX before.
Even a display model has those dents on the first one, I guess something to do with how the metals bent?
i’m gonna try and snag one at scr this may. this will be the most expensive stick i’ve bought so far, i could use the extra time to think about it.
Could it be where the welds are on the inside?

my red one doesnt have the dimples, its random really. there are no welds or anything on that area behind what is definitely metal. its the luck of the draw.
now we need a red one with brushed aluminum for xbox one. make it happen arcade shock.

I did the same… I had two of the RAP 4 Kais preordered on Amazon. Cancelled both and used the cash for the VLX preorder. I love these sticks.
I just stumbled into a VLX Diamond for $100 at a local store. Needless to say, that absolutely made my day. Now I will have all three!
I didn’t see it when I preordered… and I checked the rest of the site. I’ll have to email them about it because $20 is a good incentive for that bag. I’ve been using the Qanba Defender. It gets the job done for now, but it feels like it’ll far apart in the near future.

On the PlayStation 4, there Injustice: Gods Among Us, Guity Gear Xrd Sign, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven, Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat X, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round up, Divekick, Skullgirls Encore, J-Stars Victory Vs+ , Zheros and there Narutard Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
I don’t count EA Sport’s UFC as a fighting game (the offical title even reads EA Sports UFC), its a half-baked sports title
I caved and bought this. Kept my preorder for the vx kai cause that will be my travel stick. Now to find room or a sturdy table to use with my setup. Also need to order parts. I wish Sanwa made RG’s in black will most likely go with dark blue.
p4au is on or coming to ps4? is it Japan only right now?
