Wow, just played an interesting game. Fed so much with potm, I was like 3-10, and we were losing bad. Then halfway through I suddenly started landing every single arrow… combined with a good pit lord/furion/spectre, we came back heavily… I finished at 10-10, haha.
I’m down for some DOTA if you guys want to play an inhouse.

what’s your build for pristess?
i usually start off with tangos and clarity potions.
i get mythril - moljinir, soulbooster, curias, vanguards, and boots.
Ugh, I hate when people do these stupid fucking GOD builds.
Yeah generally it’s best to just have a general guideline of items (Core Items, Matchup Items, Beyond Godlike Items), importance in that order.
Example: With Centuar you have a few core items:
Vanguard
Blink Dagger
Heart
Cuirass
Radiance
Matchup Items:
Hood
Linkens
Bracers
Bottle
You will generally want to make one of the matchup items your key goal before 25 minutes, matchup items are basically “maybe” items you will get in certain circumstances (Zeus QoP Miranda Warlock Tiny team would be a good idea to get a hood…). Bottle is good if you jungle/gank instead of lane. Etc. As Centaur, you want to tank and initiate and be a threat, those Core items do so. Note that there is no necessary order to Core items, and you only need a couple of them to be successful, from there you can deviate (although pretty much once you get like, Hood and a Cuirass or something, just stack 4 hearts lol)
I like getting one or more Blademails on Centaur just to be a douche bag if they have all melee heroes. :lol:
POTM, depends on if i’m solo or not, and whether i’m going DPS or just trying to be as unfragile as possible. Here are some realistic builds:
If i’m solo, usual generic bullcrap of tangoes/branches/potion. If i’m laning with someone, I just go straight bottle. Either way, I get that bottle asap. She needs it badly, that or an arcane ring. Bottle is a much better option though. Until recently I used to go RoB, but it’s garbage on her. Doesn’t give her the mana she needs at all, until very late game, which is pointless.
If i’m going pure damage, this is what I usually go:

I wasn’t getting focused much, and the other team was pretty bad, so I just went pure damage. At the end of the game, I had sold my bottle, a point booster was much more useful. Started three wraiths, then butterfly, travels, buriza, and point booster. I’m a pretty bad farmer, and I died a lot, but that game was close to 80 mins.
If i’m going survivability, it’s the same thing in the beginning, except S&Y, travels, then skadi. Game is usually over halfway through skadi, since if i’m going that build we tend to gank a lot and finish it quick.
Wow, looking at my replay list, I just realized the last two games I played Lich, I got the exact same score and almost the same items. 
Lich is SO fun.

Sorry for triple post, but didn’t want to make my first post too long.
I needed to address that soulbooster, I THINK it’s a pretty useless item on her. It’s a mostly completely useless item on everybody except people who’re either going bloodstone or aghas. All it does is give you hp/mp and no stats. If you’re an agi with no toggle orb (and even then, it works with everyone except sil and clinkz), much better to get a skadi and get that frost attack + damage increase + armour increase. Otherwise you’re blowing 1000+1100+1200 = 3300 on an item that’s useless to you late game, and just takes up a valuable spot.
But then again, I have seen people use it, I just don’t understand the justification.

IMO, If you see that the item’s effectiveness is going down at late game, you have the option of selling. Soul booster is very helpful IMO during some extent in the game. Mirana does need the HP/MP, it’s a good boost to carry you through mid game. Allot easier to farm for Skadi, and i think farming/saving for those expensive items is risky because you need to keep up as the game is shifting from early-mid to late. But yes, Skadi is a greater item. You can’t think of saving for a skadi or linkin from lvl 1-13, get items that can carry you and keep you consistent, worry about that around late game. :tup:
That’s jamessalas on here. He’s the rice master, he’ll have better items than you every single game, no matter who he is. Which game was that, first or second ?
It was the second one, with him playing Dazzle. All you have to do is pop in and throw out a Shadow Weave or two and you’ll rack those assists up quick!
