Anyone ever think of making a dota team to play in tournaments and leagues?
It don’t gotta be hardcore serious, but just for fun. Basically playing with non-conventional teams and choosing whatever hero you want. I always wanted to do one.

In regular games.
The early set of items i get is 2 chaos masks and a hom, then i go for a basher, bkb then hyperstone in the end. I know most will say deso or another higher damaging item, but i find bashers on troll to be fun because you see your opponent suffer by getting stunned.
you don’t need bashers cause you already got bash. just hype your attack speed with butterfly[dmg+attack speed+evade=ouch]plus satanic for sure and if there are a lot of stunners, bkb would be good.
I’m definately not good enough to be involved in that yet lol. I’m starting to get the hang of these TDA games tho, I’m on an 8 game winning streak, lol.

I know that he has a stun but the basher+attack speed is like a constant stun, i remember going against a drow and she barely moved. That’s why i enjoy it on him because it’s enjoyable to kill other heros. I’m sorry if i’m wrong but, i find troll with basher+hom to be very strong in midgame, it’s so easy to kill britle heroes like railai, ezalor, so i find craniums to be good on him. I don’t leave the build like that forever though, I do get butterfly when i am able to reach it. I don’t go for satanic all the time, hom is good the way it is and i’d far for daggers, hearts, or ls over it. :tup:
troll is one of my favorites and bests. I’ve tried all sorts of fun misbuilds on him, btw, do you guys try misbuilds on heroes sometimes? going outside of the box.
i tried going for ginso (the old ginsos), manta, blink (the old blink dagger), mech, and bot. It’s fun.
My next 2 favorites is BeastMaster and trent.
I also tried MoM in the past on Beastmaster and i liked it on him. I build BM with MoM, vanguards, bracers… i would then try to move up for mkb’s and/or burizas. Is getting refresher orbs on him a bad thing or is it ok? I get it for him sometimes just so i can stun 2x.

Basher sucks on troll. It doesn’t give him too much. If you hype his attack speed and damage, you’ll still get a permabash, except with much more damage.
I usually go Bracers, Treads, Mjollnir and then Bfly… and if the game is still going on by then just get whatever I guess. I like bashers on Troll too, depending on what heroes they have. IMO, Bashers plus Bfly make Troll pretty scary late game, but you’re pretty worthless until late game with that build (at least going Mjollnir you can farm faster and have more use mid to late game I think).
I think it really depends on what kind of heroes you’re against if you want to go high DPS (Mjollnir) or disable (Bashers).
