I get what she’s saying: when you look for money instead of involving the police, it looks bad. But rape/sexual harassment are he-said/she-said unless there’s evidence or it was particularly heinous. Some women who were sexually assaulted might not think the police aren’t going to really be effective, so they sue. But it does look sketchy. You don’t know who’s real and who’s extorting in that scenario. So, I really don’t know with that.
