The Arnie fight lasts till ep 4, add in Ippoās fight with Hammer Nao, Dateās title match, and Takamuraās two jr.middle fights and thatās well over 13 eps.
The figure Iāve heard was 90 eps are planned, with Miyata/RBJ as an OAV. Forgot where I heard that, but thatās realistic, though it would be rushing things a bit to cover 500 manga chapters in 90 eps.
If youāre talking about the Victorious boxing games, Martinez should be nerfed, he was broken. He had the speed of a featherweight and the punches of a heavyweight.
You would knock someone down with a right, you could KO Takamura within a round with ease.
Miyata should lose but he will likely win. The whole fight is annoying because it is somewhat unrealistic, this whole static BS. Switch hitting regularly is a pretty stupid thing to do against certain opponents as you yourself canāt get any rythm and you can leave yourself open in the process.
Is there a sub out yet ?
90 eps is just rumor with no real proof. i do hope your right that they up the eps count later imho i can see them doing 13 eps now and another 13 eps in the fall or direct to dvd.

As for Ippo switch hitting- he did it in his very first fight against Oda to cover a cut.
That said, Ippo has progressively gotten dumber after the Sawamura fight- I think Sawamura gave him brain damage.
To me, 90eps would put them at around chapter 650-675 in the manga, which isnāt a good stopping point, unless they rush things a bit, and end it with the Take fight, which I want to see.
As much as I want to see this, I just canāt bring myself to watch anime in shitty youtube quality. Thanks for the link though!

I think studtrooper is mainly apprehensive about youtube because of the resolution, as was I. In any case, watching in high quality sorta evens that out. This is the only anime Iām willing to watch on Youtube because of the speedsubbing, which, still, is tolerable.
Iām curious to see where miyata goes since heās basicly starving himself to stay in his weight class. I was about to get into the manga but the anime kicked off again :D.
It seems struggling to maintain your weight can be deadly, if youāre familiar with Ashita no Joe at allā¦
Yeah, I know that. Just hope they have a rematch regaurdless of weightclass soon 
he will probably go up weight classes after the rbj fight.
I want to see Vorg vs. Sawamura (if he isnāt permanently retired) or Vorg vs. Miyata if he moves up a weight class.
I broke down and watched the youtube rip because of the comments on here saying it was decent quality. Watching in HQ definitely was better than usual fullscreen.
Not sure if I like this new music. Doesnāt feel in the same spirit as the first āseasonā.
Has the HD version of ep2 been subbed yet? All I see are RAWs.
