If it takes this long for the match to get started, then it has to end early. How can you have this much buildup, only to kill it all by dragging out the match? Everyone’s pretty much expecting a one-hit KO, but it’s taking so long for that one punch to come.
Yeah, pretty much. I mean, this dude has cut mad weight to even get this fight, and he’s not a main character, so it’s not like he’ll still be able to fight for 6-8 rounds. Additionally, he’s going for a counter strategy, while not being a counterpuncher himself. The cards are lining up for Ippo to finally get a OHKO, I think.
However, with all that, It’s been almost six weeks already! C’mon, Morikawa!
