Honestly, it was an alright match, but both missed combos, especially the sagat missing links into his tiger uppercut. Enjoyable to watch nonetheless though.
I think that No Name Guile is pretty popular or on the come up. He’s been featured in several TRF vids, with him placing realtively high. He definitely plays very smart, and has an aggressive play style. He apparently needs to lear how to fight Blanka, but I’m sure that natchup isn’t the most straight-foward one for Guile. Blanka always give Guile a lot of issues.
I assume the Sagat is pretty decent. He is a master grade Sagat, so I doubt he is a slouch. It’s amazing how smart Guile players have to be in this game. Guile really does have to work his ass off for every little inch of damage he receives.,
You’re not kidding, that was one of the best matches I’ve seen in a long while for any fighting game, period. I was actually on the edge of my seat at the end.
You only need to pay 100yen (approx $1usd) to play in the tournament and you’ll automatically have your matches recorded and uploaded. But yes I’ve seen this No Name guile in person, definitely a very smart and solid Guile player. 
Slinkun I had to watch that vid again just to catch the “tres, tres, TRES DAMAGE” lol the guy was pretty into it. hahhaha

I don’t think this one has been posted yet. Apoligies if it has, but it may be worth another look since we’re on the subject of Guile vs. Sagat. Close match, but Matsu’s Guile pulls it out.

I think matsu is my favorite guile to watch. Unfortunately, I can’t watch youtube or nicovideo while underway. =\
