Exactly, Mario is the “Ryu” of Smash Brothers. He’s meant to be easy to use for the sake of kids who pick him based on familiarity.

Anyone been able to effectively use Luigi’s down taunt to spike characters hanging on ledges? I imagine it’s pretty pointless since people usually get up before the invincible frames of the grab go out but perhaps there’s some mind game tricks to it.

lls i remember i caught this dude (can’t remember who he had) but its all about knowing ur oppenent’s character so’s u can time it as they recover

I main Luigi in Brawl and cant stand Mario vs Luigi match ups…Mario faster and heavier i.e. [more well rounded] and shoots out his attacks a tad faster than LUIGI. but Luigi has that sweet ass jab cancel ;D
