What is weird since if I remember Dizzy is legal since Xrd and she was like 3 with her first appearence.
There’s no way I-No is lower then 18 if May is 22 wtf.

I’m pretty sure she was like 14 in Xrd, but I would have to double check to be sure.

I’ve been playing way too much of FFXIV lately. Just finished the 5.2 patch content. I want to move on to savage level raids but I’m not sure if I am capable of it. I feel like balancing a fighting game with a timesink like an MMO is really difficult. Especially one like FFXIV that requires a ton of memorization and GCD optimization compared to something like World of Warcraft.
I have a friend who tried to do something like that and just ended up quitting fighting games lol
You should download the hack that contains a bunch of Capcom dreamcast games AND the game saves in it. Can save you some hassle.

Hey man, just a heads up, I was PMing with Spinnerism to get RetroArch to work (same instructions I sent you) and the BAT file to convert the GDI rom file to CHD wouldn’t work. Seems like Windows 10 may have changed how BAT files work and he couldn’t get it to convert, so he went to ReDream instead.
If you’re running Windows 10, you may not be able to get this to work either. I’m running Windows 7 and didn’t have any issues but thought I’d give you a notice. Feel free to try it though if you have the time, but expect to have some issues run the converter BAT file

Kinda bummed. I was all excited to find a MVC2 emulator that had peer to peer Netplay, but setting this thing up is annoying af, and a crucial part for MVC2 specifically seems to have been broken in windows 10.
Capcom, re-release this fucking game already

I’ve read that it isn’t great for fighting games, but I don’t have any experience with it myself.
Sucks major balls. It’s horrible. I’d rather play on FightCade.
