Many of us dislike SFV and still continue to talk about it in this thread, even if we haven’t touched the game in months. What I don’t understand is that someone like Cipher, who hates the Street Fighter franchise in its entirety, takes the time out of his schedule literally every day to tell you how much the series sucks. What’s the point in that? It would be like me registering on the Tekken forums to complain about Tekken every day, even though I don’t like or play a single Tekken game. Who has time to dedicate so much attention to something he hates?

I love the SF franchise I enjoyed SFV for what it was , tbh I wish I could play it as long as I did SF4 but it ain’t happening game has too many things I dislike and as I said before, it lacks that special something that keeps you hooked for longer periods of time in my case.
I don’t hate it though.
I hate SFIV and V.
That means I hate the entire franchise.

My rig actually handles FGs quite well, I’m just too lazy to git gud. 
Also, I don’t really talk about tech anymore, I used to when I actually played, even though I was way over my head.

Why does anyone need an excuse to stop playing something they don’t like? I’ve seen this sentiment expressed a few times here and I don’t get it lol.
Just because I or anyone else don’t like SFV doesn’t mean we are going to like other games more. Especially since most people here consider themselves SF players.
I’m really not trying to be rude but every time I see this take it just seems like people are more mad people don’t play insert game here than anything else.

Here’s the problem.
People complain about SFV and say it’s trash.
Then people say “try this other game”.
Then the people complaining about V go right back to it.
Dammit! If the game is trash and you don’t like it, why you playing it?
You like V? Fine. Really, no problem.
You don’t like V? That’s ok too, just don’t play it.
The bitching is what gets to people.

Cipher is a villain. I can’t fully hate him, actually i don’t at all.
I took his advice and tried Guilty Gear. I am enjoying it. I pick I-No and it does not agree with his waifu standards, he starts giving me shit.

Plenty of people play games they complain about. They want them to be better.
If I complain that the new Battlefield is trash there is no guarantee that I’m gonna enjoy the new Halo. In fact it wouldn’t be a big surprise if I didn’t like it because the games are way different. But trash battlefield is (probably) still closer to what I want.
SFV at its shittiest is still SF, which is I assume why people still play it. But we still want a better SF experience so we complain.

I been looking for any kind of new game to play. Been playing Apex but I need some good single player shit.
Just to point out, IMO, there’s a difference between bitching about a game when you’re salty, and your general opinion of it.
I am also more likely to post my feelings on a game when I’m bitching in full scrub-mode.
I think I’m done with SFV, but I like the game more than my scrub-posts would imply.
