The problem is, because it’s a weak projectile, you can homing dash, or deflect through the guard stun.
On a different topic. I really like I-No but i decided to give another character a try because she is cool and has an eye patch. I like eye patches.
Ya ain’t answering the question.
The only positive thing devs got for Epic exclusives, is massive shitstorm from their fans.
And their sales have never been “hot”, most don’t even speak about them, what is usually a bad sign.
But hey, if you want to stay a blue eyed sheep, do it.
Vegito has tons of counter play to that and frieza can throw stuff at you behind the orbs. Still need to lab the team obviously but I have ideas
maybe you a bit too dense to understand how that exactly answered the question but I guess ill spell it out for you since ya didn’t understand
THE DEVS MAKE MORE MONEY WHEN THEY GO WITH EPIC
It’s still a solid assist don’t get me wrong, but from a strictly “how good is Piccolo” standpoint. It’s not really enough to justify picking him.
THE DEVS HAVE A SMALLER AUDIENCE AND LESS SALES, ERGO LESS MONEY.
Do you understand this monkey boy?
ok you literally don’t understand how the epic exclusivity deals work
Epic started out taking 12% of revenue cuts from developers while Steam used to take 30%. Now taking 12%, and not because they were cool guys
I saw LOG once shortly after their first album was out. I kinda liked it, but sounded bit too metalcore for my tastes. Before they were Lamb of God, they were called Burn the Priest and I found out about them in one of those CD’s samples magazines used to have, and they have this song which I thought was pretty cool at the time
Have you the feintest fucking clue how economics work?
Bigger upfront pay isn’t better than long term constant income, unless you’re in an extremly bad situation.
Having a stable long term income gives the better pay off in the end.
Epic exclusives are basically a big upfront pay and then shit constant income.
They literally lose money in the long run.
no they don’t otherwise they wouldn’t take the deal and people wouldn’t keep taking the deal dummy. Not the least of which is the upfront puts them into guaranteed profitability, which very few games that take the deal know if they will ever get, no matter how many years down the road.
Go ahead and argue it to the devs however, why they are stupid and bad and you are so smart. Maybe 1 person might even listen to you.
Why not release it on all platforms and allow the users to chose what they buy it on. If your services are good enough, you should not fear not gaining a stable user base.
I think getting it exclusive does not send a good message to the consumer. It’s not “look at us we have this and others don’t” , won’t work like that. People see it as an asshole move, hence the Epic hate from a lot of people.
cause why lose out on 300-500k guaranteed income, when releasing on steam means you are competing with non stop indie roguelike card games, and porno games cause thats very very literally about half of all new steam releases now. You are asking why take as sure bet over a dice roll.
I had to start banning tags on my steam queue now cause fucking every 8/10 games is roguelike shit, card battler roguelike shit, or porno visual novels or porno games.
Who are they developing the game for though ?
The store who buys 500k worth of it or the players who will buy possibly way more than that over time ?
I get it, it’s a good way to secure part of their costs by getting a guaranteed part of money, but i still say that a choice should be given and if your platform is good enough, you won’t have issues gaining a good player base.
Steam has it’s faults as well, but they have a lot of good features. It’s not popular for nothing.
Got a real source for that?
L M A O
all I can say for 100% is they are developing it for the ability to be able to put food on their table at the end of the day. Taking an epic deal guarantees it. Steam for the last 2 years has been increasingly filled with bloatware and if you want visibility epic will do way better for you because they will actually promote your game, which steam will not. You just have to hope somehow you float to the top versus the other 350 games that released that month.
literally google it yourself son, its not hard to find.
as for the other thing I built my current gaming PC brand new about a year and a half about and the current xbox/ps5 specs absolutely blow it out of the fucking water. Not to mention ps5 specifically is going to have a paradigm shift with how their SSD’s work that you can’t really emulate on pc in the same way because devs cant program for every single pc game like they can code for fixed hardware like ps5.
She got HUGE eye patches.
You lose out on the bigger market and a more establishd market for your products at that.
Instead you take the smaller crowd of people to sell your product to and add bad PR for yourself on top of that.
300x42 is still more than 100x 50
