Has anyone played punch planet? I just downloaded it and thought I’d give it a try. I feel like it has GGPO cause it’s a western fighting game made by a small studio.

May it be written in stone; that all indy western devs have a better understanding of netcode than eastern developers and get that we want to play this shit online and for it not to totally suck all the ass.

I am 34 years old and I have been playing them for about 26 years now.
I have some gaming accomplishments I am proud of, like being a top 30 world raider in WoW in 3 straight expansions, and I still raid in FFXIV and clear the hardest content even on a very casual schedule, I was a very successful player in early LoL and yet none of those things made me ever feel like this.

I watched some of it. It is every bit as bad as you’d expect, if not worse. It even has gems like “If you die, you die for Christ. So, what do you have to lose?” (triggering audience cheers) in regards to someone not wanting to attend church due to fear of possible infection.
Of course it isn’t just televangelists… The devout Christian CEO of craft chain Hobby Lobby allegedly sent store managers letters telling them that his wife had received a message from God during her prayers, so he wants stores to stay open and employees to have faith that God will continue to bless the company. Funnily enough, this same letter that explicitly details how God has financially blessed the prosperous company also has a paragraph warning that they may have to “tighten our belts” in the near future.
