that’s… not even favoring women. that’s something beyond that. he tried to show her the lease, she didn’t care. “give her the keys” WTF? that makes ZERO sense.

Proof > EVERYTHING in this world. EVERYTHING. EVERY FUCKING THING. and she simply disregards it?

That instance wasn’t favoring women. That was just a bitch being a bitch there.But, the law does favor women.
Back on the story note. That Officer should be fired or some shit. Theres no way what she did could be legal.

@Seph Bro, you don’t know how much that pisses me off just by reading that. Did you get all that shit she stole back? And how can she make you give YOUR keys to her, fucking whore. I would have probably entered rage mode and kicked the shit out of both of them. Fucking women, always above the law. I’m not against women or anything btw, it’s just they get treated so much better by police and the law.

My comment about the police really serving the rich wasn’t a comment directly related to my example. My anger took me into another tangent about the police. My apologies for the confusion.

But I will say that you are flat out wrong about cops being the law. They enforce the law, but they are NOT the law.

That’s what I told my friend to do. He got the officer’s badge number, so I told him to write letters to the policemans senior officer, the chief of police, all the local news stations, the judge for his custody battle, his city counsel rep, and the mayor (and mention in each letter the others who are being informed). Also, get a lawyer on board too. Nothing scares the police more than someone who knows the law and is willing to use it against them. And letters (especially if written intelligently and thoughtfully) are POWERFUL.

However:

My friend is one of those poor, defeatist types who feels that those who stand up get their heads chopped off. So he did nothing.

Same girl that stole my ipod came to pick up her stuff earlier that month. I said it was fine and that she could call me when she was outside and I’d bring the stuff to the door. She calls and i open the door and she punches me in the face before I realize what is going on. I drop the box of her shit and take a second to compose myself to prevent myself beating the living shit out of her. Tell her she needs to leave and all that jazz and if not I’ll call the cops because this chick was about 5’8" and 150 lbs or so. She couldn’t really do anything to me but I couldn’t exactly pick her up and throw her, so I tackle her to the floor and call the police while she squirms leaving the front door open after about 45 min. of arguing and getting hit MANY times.

10 min. later a woman police officer comes to the door and freaks out on me telling to get off her or she’ll arrest me and all this other shit. I get up and explain what happened, but the chick says she lives there with me and we got in a fight because I was trying to throw her out even though we were both on the lease. I call her a liar and go to grab my lease but while handing it to the female police officer the chick grabs it and rips most of it out of my hand. She proceeds to call me a liar and rip that piece up into several small pieces.

What happened next is what made me lose faith in the police force. I asked the cop if she could remove this crazy woman from my home and she says that I would have to leave, not the girl who didn’t actually live there. I got really angry and asked her what the hell for? She said she didn’t have proof I lived there and since it was sunday she couldn’t talk to the apartment owners. I dumbfoundingly called her a dumb bitch without thinking which probably shouldn’t have done, but I was seeing red big time at this point.

She put me in cuffs and made me give the chick my keys to the apartment and told me to go to a friends or family members house. I told her i refused, and was going to call the apartment managers house to sort this out. She threatened to take me to the precinct and I probably should have said “Do it” but figured I was beaten as reason wasn’t doing any good. So I went to my parents to get my spare keys so I could get back in my apartment and throw the bitch out myself.

When I came back 2 hours later I get back and my laptop and a few other electronics had been stolen and about 4 in. of white paint covered my entire kitchen with vulgar words spray painted onto my walls.

On the positive side, she busted my window a week later and beat the living fuck out of her. Male cop comes and tells her to just move along after I explain what happened. Saying “I know which lady cop your talking about, she’s a bitch.”

You shouldn’t have let them treat you like that.

If it was me, your female friend would have been in jail and that female officer would have been already fired. I would have then sent a letter to that female cop saying good luck finding a new job, because now everyone knows what you did, and it doesn’t look good. I hope you got a restraining order against that crazy chick.
