I told yall Detroit police are 90% black and are mostly city residents. We are one of the original riot citys, but there hasn’t been that much shit happening here. Very little property damage, and lots of self policing.

Inmate Death at Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn, NY
Brooklyn, NY: OOn Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at approximately 10:00 a.m., staff responded to an incident at the Metropolitan Detention center, Brooklyn, New York, in which an inmate was being disruptive. Responding staff observed inmate Jamel Floyd barricaded inside his cell and breaking the cell door window with a metal object. He became increasingly disruptive and potentially harmful to himself and others. Pepper spray was deployed and staff removed him from his cell.
Per protocol, institution medical staff immediately responded to assess the inmate, found Mr. Floyd to beunresponsive, and instantly initiated life-saving measures. Staff requested Emergency Medical Services and life-saving efforts continued. Mr. Floyd was transported by EMS to a local hospital and subsequently pronounced dead by hospital staff. There is no indication that this death was related to COVID-19.
This matter is under investigation. The FBI and the United States Marshals Service were notified. No staff or other inmates were injured. Mr. Floyd was a 35-year old male who arrived at MDC Brooklyn on October 30, 2019. MDC Brooklyn is an administrative security facility that currently houses 1590 male and female offenders in Brooklyn, NY.

NYPD is going to start using LRAD, Long Range Acoustic Devices, which can cause permanent ear damage. Unlike rubber bullets, that have the tag ‘Non-lethal rounds’ to keep people at bay, this going to ESCALATE even crazier.
