I get the feeling that GT Goku is going to be nerfed mostly by nature of 3.0 changes. They might get rid of his combo potential after spirit bomb regardless though.

I donāt think Iād agree to go that far. I think the damage is fine on them especially Basekuās bomb if only because he needs to have his team to setup for it or be in sparking to lvl 3 on his own/be lucky enough to charge lvl 3 reg bomb and hit the other person with it. I think GTās just needs to have the combo potential after it nerfed and thats it, mixup opportunities after should stay and Iād think that would be fair enough.

Yeah, Baseku spirit bomb is fine. That character needs everything he can get anyway.
GTās spirit bomb is just dumb because the follow ups that are available afterwards are so ridiculous. Personally I donāt think theyāll remove his ability to combo after spirit ball, and I donāt really want them to because itās a cool aspect of the character, but at the very least theyāll probably add normal damage scaling to any supers after the spirit bomb which would severely impact his damage.
Who knows, maybe theyāll just take away his ability to solo combo afterwards, period.

lately ive been doing some ill shit.
like i did videlās moonsault kick into mid air down heavy. it links and its a combo extension.
i also did 18ās down S. which is her lil hop into ki blast move. i did that directly into yamcha wolf fang fist lvl 3 supe.
goddamn that felt good.
ive been thinking of seeing if its possible to do krillin solar flare directly linked into lvl 18 super. wish me luck.

as you know, 18ās lvl 3 super involves 17.
normally but if you pick krillin to be her teammate she will do her lvl 3 with krillin instead.
BUTā¦if you do krillinās solar flare into her lvl 3 super.
something interesting happens. because i wanted to see what it would look like to have 2 krillins momentarily on screen/stage.
but to my surprise what happens is she calls 17 instead even tho krillin is on the team.
seems like arcsys didnt want us to see 2 krillins on screen at the same time.
which is sorta weird since he does afterimage and there you see 2 krillins. you know what i mean.
and if you do lvl 3 super without a krillin set up you see her normal krillin super.
so in a match you can see both her lvl 3 supers. one wth krillin, one with 17.
i just figured out the only tourny banned team.

I assume Fat Toss will just pop you out as soon as you throw a raw super. Either way I donāt see why that would be banned. We can almost guarantee itāll be one of his assists, since that used to be his old assist in the betas.
And yeah, the only way you can combo into body change is with Guldo and the right assist.
no you can level 1 or 3 after a fat toss.
i could easily do krillins lvl 3 and ginyuās lvl 1 immediately after fat toss.
its just that arcsys thought ahead and programmed it out.
body change is prob the lvl 3 with the most amount of start up of all supers but fat toss seems long enough for it to just barely link.
you gotta do fat toss and like on the first frame you gotta call in ginyu body change.
maybe im wrong but it seems my body change ray hit gohan in thelast frames of fat toss.
but it seems arcsys patched that out. its impossible.
only way you can body change is if someone it hitting buttons, superdashing, or guldo assist.
and another thing.
im not happy that goku blue assist that does knockdown.
its hard af to connect it into 17ās lvl 1 ground punch.

If youāre saying Fat Buu can literally throw out fat toss and go into a superā¦ Well yeah. I never said he couldnāt. I was saying if they make fat toss an assist again, itāll probably pop you out as soon as you throw a super.
It was never possible to combo into body change without Guldo setups. You canāt even do it with Vegeta assist by itself, you still need Guldo.

gnyu has his og elbow thrust, jieceās basketball, and guldoās rock throw.

scratch that. what he has is his ability to change assists in match. he throws out his assists according to the order he uses it. first its rock throw, then basketball. next is prob recoome knee, then burter kicks.
