i have color 14 for ginyu and beerus and i dont know how i achieved the unlock lol
Every color past 12 is a holiday color that is available around the time that holiday is happening. They are in the capsule store as Z Capsule (easter) or some shit like that
seems to be a overall issue on steam. other games have the problem too.

Not until the holiday comes around again afaik. Spring gave colors 15 and 14 was winter I think.
