Something weird happened to me 2-days ago when trying to get PC online to work for DBFZ. Apparently, running Rainbow Six Siege while playing DBFZ online will make it work correctly. Some other people online mention that they got it to work with similar steps, but instead use games like PUBG.

Current theory/assumption for the PC online problems for DBFZ seems to be based around BattlEye.

If you are hitting with the 16 assist and they are still falling out of the lvl 3, then you just have to do it late as possible. Between 16/tien/cell, its just simply sadly much strictly harder with 16.

I can’t time it so the lv3 will come out as a small ball. The opponent is always too high.

Then once again you gotta call 16 as late as possible and still hit. Tien and Cell hold the enemy in place way longer with hitstun vs 16 so its just much stricter timing.

They don’t drop out of the combo. The lv3 just come out right away instead of taking some time to explode.
