Looks like his lvl 3 isnt very damaging. Also assist looks slow.
That anti punch reminds me of him flying through the kamehameha and bopping goku for free.

Impressions
-So Cooler looks to be a footsies based character. Heās slow in the scramble, but has really large hitboxes both on ground and air. Itās similar to how 21 uses her tail, only not as fast and the hitboxes seem thicker. He kinda makes me think of 21 + Bardock + molasses. He has really good poke if you donāt pressure him, and has good answers to zoning wars.
-His assist is pretty awful. It covers a lot of space and might even have some invincibility or immunity to it, but due to how the game engine works it wonāt combo break anytime soon. At best itāll just be a combo extension move
-Mixup potential seems minimal. He has them, but theyāre not really emphasized.
-His Rising knee move likely has some invincibility on it, and has ready access to it on ground or air. If Vegeta has proven anything, this already elevates the character several degrees
-The beam is slow, but I really like his ground explosion move.
-LVL3 being half counter/half grab is so damn weirdā¦
-I wish you got more off of Avon Calling (the anti-projectile move) than just that whatever punch. Being able to cancel it is kinda cool though.

The counter super lvl 3 is nice. Get the right read with that, I can see itās payoffs.
The last of the footage Iāve seen floating around. Most notable for having the bnbs down for Cooler. Also English VAs

That doesnāt sound like andrew chandler for cooler. But finally some eng VAās.
I was wondering if the level 3 countered projectiles and this answered my questionā¦now Iām wondering if it counters supers.

Eh, ivanās not bad. But heās not cooler. He honestly sounds like an old man for cooler. Chandler had it done pat. That nice middle aged. Then throw on the deeper voice once he transformed.

3 lows and a dp. Those along with that huge range on 2M, heās looking good
You know, I would of kinda liked grounded level 3 to do closer to 50% raw, maybe 48% like trunks, considering you know, its a counter and no way of combing into it.
Cooler is a strong contender for āUse English VAsā. Some of these Japanese VAs are great, but Iām getting REAAAAAAAAAAAAALY tired of the same 4 dudes/ladies voicing the entire cast
