The GD Selfie thread, Let's play Black or Crack!...a... ok I suck at these puns

your expression looks like my av
Your dad looks young too.

I have so many GQ tips for you if you want them.

He’s 55.
He plays lacrosse in tournaments, regularly. …He plays the position that does face-offs.

That’s normal, really.

So, your dad is in better shape than you?

thats funny right der.

Oh shit Mechwarrior, I think Razor is gonna try and hook up with your dad, you know how much he loves mature white men.

I wasn’t insulting him I was just pointing that out. I would take his dad’s workout regiment since that guy looks young as fuck instead of the regiment he’s doing now. Or at least try it.

Fixed.

Correct.

I’m still equally as fast/faster than him, so it doesn’t bother me much.

Lol I know I suck at taking pictures already Ramon, and I hate getting my picture taken as is. It is not about GQ I just like wearing vests and they work for me.

Nothing against the vest! I was more concerned about the belt and jeans. I would wear more vests myself if I cared to. I like them a lot.

Yeah I should have worn darker jeans to match the vest and that belt is the only one I have atm.

The truth is revealed. I am not actually a saiyan, but a black man.

You look like you drink Long Island Ice Teas and use AXE as cologne. Respect the vest: never with while wearing jeans.

I wanna crack a joke on this picture it just makes me sad…like people who still wear sport scoats with t-shirts and jeans.

This is the “all set ups, no footsies” of dressing. Why Jae Hoon, Why?

I do drink Long Island Ice Tea, no Axe though. Vests with jeans is really fucking common now and I pretty much wear what I want social cues be damned.

lmao get the fuck outta here.

You can wear a vest with anything. Why not jeans? Where is it written that a vest must go with a suit? And sports coats with t-shirts are fine if you can pull it off. Don’t just put on a dingy tee under there. You can purchase a $100+ plain t-shirt that is made of WAY better material, not some Hanes bullshit. It’s just that people, much like myself, will not spring for a shirt that costs as much as a monthly electricity bill.

And what kind of jeans are you wearing? I don’t know about you, but I wear all skinny jeans. They are slim and dark as fuck. Slim jeans with an expertly tailored sports coat go well any time of the day. Negro, get your fashion sense right.

I personally hate skinny jeans, I do not like wearing jeans that look like came out of my little sisters closet.

With Jae’s pic, I was just concerned of the length of the vest. It looks too short. I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of your shirt unless your hands go all the way up. I can’t tell what shirt you’re wearing but the sleeves should be shorter and slimmer. Just look at where the shoulder ends on the shirt. It ends AFTER your natural shoulders end. And the sleeve goes almost to the elbow. Short sleeves on shirts shouldn’t go farther than mid-bicep. Any farther and just get a long sleeve shirt. It looks way better.

The belt is chunky. Nothing wrong with a chunky belt but I don’t think you can pull it off. Or maybe you can. That’s more of a critique that carries weight in person. Are your pants on your waist or hips? You should try pulling them up a bit. If you’re long-torso’d, you’ll have to fix that somehow. I don’t have any experience with that particular body type, but I know it isn’t impossible.

That is an XL vest so can not get much bigger then that, yes I do have a long torso and I am near 6 ft 3. That is also the only short sleeved collared shirt I have so I had to work within the limitations of my clothes and my budget. That picture was taken just because I have went from 240lbs to 215 and could actually wear that vest again.

Buy one pair. Levi’s 511. From 2013 or before 2010 if you can since those in-between years use some awful denim making the jeans stiff as fuck that aren’t black. It’ll run you about $40 so you’re not breaking the bank. And then wear it out one night. See how you feel in them. That’s all. I was against the skinny jeans movement, too, but I bought two pairs and tried them out. I NEVER turned back.

You don’t look overweight or anything so you should be fine with them. Remember, 511 and NOT 510. 511s are slim jeans, just edging skinny. 510s are true skinny, using some elastic and are pretty goddamn tight.
