premium is 3.16 where im at, shits insane. I drive a corolla and im getting about 20 mpg or less, on premium, not worth it anymore. 22 dollars and only a 3/4 tank full.
In the San Fernando Valley were I live it’s about $3…something a gallon. I was in Economics class earlier in the week and my professor claimed that gas will probably go up to $5 a gallon in 3 weeks. Fuck that, I don’t think it’ll go up that high that quick. He’s thinks he’s so privy to shit, but if he’s right and it goes that high, imma start taking the train.
I remember when I was in the Army when 9/11 first happened and at a gas station right off post, gas was 99cents a gallon. WTF…I miss filling up my tank with $10. I have a Chevy Lumina and have a big tank. I usually have to spend about $35-40 to fill up now and I drive from Los Angeles to Ventura (about 60 something miles) to get to school. I can usually keep gas until the weekend unless motherfuckers want rides when I’m in the area. Thankfully I graduate on Sept. 2, 2006.
I got a Lumina too, and if gas hit $5 in the next two weeks, expect to see a multiple riots break out.
went to gas tonight, 95.9c/litre (canadian), relatively low considering the $1.00+ prices we’ve been having over the past few weeks, so there was a rush of cars as it was already. Then their POS systems broke down. Then they ran out of change. Then the pumps stopped working. Gas station = parking lot.
2.85 here in E.C, Indiana…took me $32 to fill up from quarter of a tank ><!!!
think i saw $3.11 reg fremont…time to bust out the bicycle. can hardly wait til summer so i can make all my friends come over to my place as payback for driving so fucking much to their places.

over here in yuma az the cheapest one at chevron is around 2.86, probably 2.90+ by tomorrow. man i wanna get rid of my car and buy a 4 banger one of those hybrid cars
