After playing him I’m even more convinced that the 925HP makes no sense. He’s neither oppressive enough nor versatile enough to be on the low end of the health scale.
I mean, Urien has 1025 health. Just let that sink in.

I feel they gave him the 925 as a precaution for a specific threat that’s simply not there. Seth has a bunch of cool tools and some grime we’ve yet to discover but I just don’t see it being so overbearing that he needs the low health/stun tax. SFIV Seth it made sense, sure, but not so much SFV Seth imo.
