The Game of Thrones OFFICIAL thread

Her prophecy has entirely come true, the last thing is that she will die with her younger brothers hands around her neck. Kingslayer becomes Queenslayer.

Obviously this is alll speculation, but what incentive will Jamie have to kill Cersei? dude can only get hard if its his sister… unless may be a semi boner for brienne.

Jaime is missing a hand.

Is she keeping it around, Davos style?

Yaaaaaaaaaaaas slay queen!

I think it’ll be more of a full-circle situation going back to when he did what was best for everyone and killed the Mad King. Jaimie might be a dick when it comes to the loyalty of his family, but for the most part he has a steady head and doesn’t seem to condone senseless violence(If it can be avoided).

With taking out the Tyrell royalty in the bombing Olenna will be starvng all their asses. He also knows the Martell’s are still hot after their ass since they were brazen enough to poison Myrcella right in front of him. Only will be a matter of time before he finds out the North is reunited under Ned Stark’s bastard. In theory shouldn’t be too hard for everyone to tag team the shit out of them, but that would be too easy. With owing the iron bank, and dealing with the fallout of the bombing I feel like the only card(that would make for good TV) Cersei has left is unpredictable madness. That’s when Jaimie will step in and end it.

Kind of hope Jaime just bounces. He’s not in the Kingsguard anymore, he’s not obliged by honor to do anything for Cersei. He’s free to walk away one his disgust for her actions overwhelms his affection for her.

And since he’s not in the Kingsguard, isn’t he technically the heir to Castelly (sp?) Rock or whatever, since can’t people in the Kingsguard not inherit stuff or whatever?

Yeah he got the juice now. It should be all his by right. He’ll try his best to deescalate the situation, but they in deep shit this time.

It looks like Aemon Targaryen may have known about Jon all along.

If that’s the only evidence that people can come up with to show that Aemon ā€œdefinitely knewā€ then that is some piss poor evidence. The conversation is way too vague to draw any definitive conclusions.

It’s a safe bet Aemon knew, because Benjen knew. Which begs the question why couldn’t Ned let Caetlyn in on the secret so she stop treating Jon snow like shit.

And Varys does not teleport, He swam he is a Merman. The Eunuch thing is a cover and why he always wears long robes.

Raises the question*

It is a good question though. Like, did Ned really mistrust Cat enough to not tell her? It’s not like she had any love for Robert.

Even I’m not sure I’d go far enough to say that Benjen knew about Jon. And hell, I’ve mentioned here about ALWAYS suspecting he went to The Wall by choice because he helped Lyanna run away with Rhaegar.

My bad, I always thought Benjen told Jon, ā€œWe’ll talk about your mother when I returnā€. Imagined 3 words not actually there. It’s not alluded Benjen knew. It makes more sense if Ned told no one.

Bulletproof Samuel L on the narration

He killed the mad king for threatening to do what Cersei just did*. Plus it completes his redemption arc. Its definitely gonna happen.

[details=Spoiler]*that and his dad was jumping off the sinking targeryn ship[/spoiler[

Jamie will kill her when the panic sets in… kings landing being starved by the Tyrells, the people will start to revolt where cersei will start killing them. Kings landing will see some shit when dany and co roll on them.

Ned said that not Benjen.

It would look suspicious as fuck if Cat didn’t treat Jon like shit.

I don’t know about that. Plenty of people in GoT would be relatively cool about their spouse’s bastard children.

I think Ned not telling her is just down to Ned being ā€˜serious business all the time’, rather than there being some actual need for Jon to be treated like shit at home to protect the secret.

Can’t take the Cat Tully out of Cat Tully Stark.

That’s who she was known to be.

How would it look if her intractible ass was going soft?
