The opening scene of the hound going crystal lake on those fuckers was bad ass.

Ep was kinda bad for me really⊠a lot of what I was looking for was a let down. Arya was just fucking stupid after all and the whole faceless men plotline feels like itâs just⊠fizzled. Cleganebowl on hiatus indefinitely. We donât get the satisfaction of seeing Blackfish fight or the Waif getting wrecked. Houndâs revenge started off super strong with that abrupt axe-ing but just fizzled. And Daenerys shows up right on time! Whaddayaknow.

The more I think about it, the Hound was really the only good thing about the episode. That and the growing influence of the Faith in Kings Landing.
They built up the whole siege of Riverrun, just to kill BlackfishâŠand kill him off screen.

Tyrion is a brilliant political strategist, but heâs been relegated the the role of a one-liner clown who doesnât do anything but drink wine and hold awkward conversations.
