What is Bran going to do now with Hodor (probably) and Summer dead? He is just a little cripple out in the middle of nowhere. Iâm thinking they may conveniently run into Benjen or perhaps a new character
-Baelish either has a cold or seeing Sansa and Brienne put a little bitch in him.
-As brutal as these white walker invasions are, there always seems to be a high ranking one getting bodied in the process. I wonder, if you take out all the high ranked ones, will the rest of the zombies just fall dead because of no one to control them?
TV Euron had it too easy. Comes back, has a two-minute speech with no proof produced about his wild claims, and suddenly heâs king? How easily swayed are these Ironborn?
The reason why he wins in the books is that he comes with PROOF. Here, heâs just âhey yall I heard about this magical unicorn over the rainbow that shits ice cream, elect me plzâ. The ONLY thing that sorta maybe justifies it a little is the âiron priceâ line, but even thatâs delivered badly.
I was rolling my eyes a bit at the whole World War Z sequence, but the ending made up for it. Thatâs ludicrous and daft and utterly fucking brilliant. I was gawping and getting teary-eyed despite how insane it is. God fucking dammit.
Can we take a moment to discuss, despite how awesome that episode was, how lame the Dany + Jorah scene was where she âcommandedâ him to go find a cureâŚwtf
It was very trope-y, but I kind of see how their hands were tied with that scene. Not like Dany was going to see that arm and pull an âEww, okay, ick- youâre right, good luck with that dude, donât let the metaphorical door hit youâ.
Yeah youâre right. It reminded me of one of those old cheesy war movies where the soldier is dying in his commanders arms and says something like âpermission to die, sirâ lol
I donât think its a very good idea either. Introducing time travel, especially this late in the story, seems like a risky move. It can get real silly real quick.
Iâll give them the benefit of the doubt though, because that move would be a bit on the nose. All that talk about how Bran has to become him or whatever.
raven: bran⌠it is your destiny⌠you must become meâŚ
Bran: how? do I do that master tree?
Raven: you must cum inside meee⌠er i mean my wood⌠i mean this tree.
Bran: what do I do now master tree?
Raven: we need toâŚerâŚmergeâŚthats itâŚmerge. we need to combine. You need to plug yourself into my socket so you can has teh nolege of historiz.
Bran: has is always been warm inside here or is it just me?
The Thrones take on time travel/manipulation seems to be less of the Back to the Future change-the-timeline stuff, and more the âpredetermined circle of eventsâ style of time travel. Everything Branâs going to do in the past is already in the past, so he already did what heâs going to do.
