Wow. I love “small world” moments.
So I was organizing my music, and deleting some old crap I don’t care about anymore. I come across the Life Aquatic Soundtrack… I figure I’ll make sure there’s nothing worth keeping on there before I delete it.
I randomly click on one of the songs, 30th Century Man. It’s the same song they play at the end of the Futurama movie! I had just assumed the song was made/written for the Futurama movie, since it talks about shaking hands with Charles De Gaulle and whatnot. Plus, the very title of the song heh.
Brought a smile to my face. Man the Life Aquatic sucked though. :bluu:
EDIT: After doing a bit of research, it turns out some rock singer named Scott Walker wrote the song in 1969. Man I was way off lol.

Just got Bender’s Big Score on DVD, yay! Great extra’s! Too bad they didn’t show the cast actually reading the comic book though.
Can’t wait for the other movies!

Mine is in a normal case. Well, it was in a normal clear one, but when I ripped off the annoying packaging I ripped the plastic around the case in half, so it’s in a black case now. :tdown:

It felt less “whole” than bender’s big score. Still good, but I feel like it was a movie with an extra 2 episodes of futurama to eat time.
Bender’s Big Score felt more like a movie, and the ending was GDLK
BWBB was still funny as hell, it had some priceless moments.

on its own BWBB is solid. bender’s kid was my fav part too. the scene change was so abrupt like when he tried pimpin.
