Schumacher ruined Hamilton’s race. Mercedes is faster in a straight line, and Lewis just couldn’t get past him, when he did, MSC passed him right back.
First 5 laps were great, now 25 laps in and it’s HAM vs. MSC lap after lap.
Vettel is untouchable. It’s sad to see the season pretty much done in terms of the drivers championship so now I just hope for some good entertaining races for the rest of the season.
I’ve watched F1 religously for the past 3 seasons, but after the first 5 races of this season I just flat out stopped watching. Vettel is godlike. See ya next season!

On a related note, Alguersuari crashed right in front of the grandstand where I was (well, more like under since it was in entrance to the tunnel under the stands). Tried looking for bits of carbon fiber afterwards, but couldn’t find any.
Did get to take pics of where Kobayashi crashed in qualifying. The amazing thing though was how quickly the “Singapore Sling” was disassembled. By the time I got there, the apexes were gone and the island was being rebuilt.
Also got to watch the support races. It’s interesting to note that the SLS AMG Safety cars sounds louder, fiercer and better than either the JK Series or Carrera Cup cars.

Button is smooth as silk. How the fuck did Hamilton fuck up Q, why even wait for the last 5 seconds? It didn’t cost him the race, but it definitely cost him a chance at pole. I just don’t understand how the top team can make dumb mistakes like that, when you should always play safe first. Button at Spa Q as well. Whitmarsh said they told Hamilton to go, not sure why he was lagging and almost caused a 3 car pileup too.
Button wins Suzuka, but Vettel is the champion! Still have the constructor’s still open for grabs.

Looks like Jersey’s gonna play host to the US’ 2nd Grand Prix event starting from 2013.
Tony Fernadez’ Lotus team will be racing as Caterham F1 next year, making Lotus Renault the only Lotus team on the grid.
And its time for F1 2012 season to start! Will Webber finally take the top pole in his home country? The weather report indicates that there will be a storm on friday during the practice and that it should clear up for sunday. For everyone in the United States it will be St. Patty’s Day, but for some of us it will F1 2012 opener!

8 laps to go, with Button leading 99% of the race. The race up front was not really exciting, but at least it looks like it won’t be a Red Bull runaway like last year. Mclaren and Mercedes look to be faster than Red Bull. Ferrari looks in bad shape, Alonso driving around the problems, Massa driving into problems. LOL
