They distracted zoom in that warehouse with his parents. Barry didnt outright beat the shit out of him
Zoom broke out of a device that was suppose to stop him, and dipped on flash. Flash couldnt fucking find him,and was miliseconds behind zoom
Zoom hasnt been stopped by the anti speed serum they created, and hasnt been stopped by that anti metahuman clamp thing theyve created either. Cant say the same for barry, who got his fucking back broken by zoom. lol
Well Zoom wasn’t aware of the tachyon device to boost Barry’s speed so as far as Zoom knows, Barry naturally caught up to Zoom in speed. So he might fear Barry’s potential. Now is barry still using the tachyon device? Probably between that device and the speed boost from going into the speed force he can keep up with Zoom. Which is still messing with Zoom’s head. Since Barry can still keep up with him even after he stole Barry’s speed the first time.
Still cant get over Barrys old man wore a suit 20 years older but about 200 times better, like just update the flash insignia and ears and hey presto, not a fucking gimp suit.
barry is currently faster than zoom. he just doesnt know it yet unless they rewrite comic history. which i wouldnt be mad at(itd make sense so that zoom is a villain they can reuse again as someone on barrys level). when wally came out of the speed force one of the reasons he realized he got faster and why savitar was, is because they figured a way to steal and lend speed to others. basically the speed force was like a shitty modem thats connection got weaker due to how many speedsters were connected. savitar cut all the flashes except for wally off from the speed force because wally was the only other person besides max who had a direct connection. Max never got the upgrades though…so savitar saw wally as another chosen desciple of speed.
if barry isnt inherently faster due to speed force upgrade hes gonna be the one with all the crazy speedforce tricks.
I’m curious as to who the season 3 big bad is gonna be. If they continue the trend of using speedsters as the main villain then inertia could be next. It would open the door for Impulse to show up.
Im hoping grodd gets the role of s3 baddie. It be interesting to see, how more he developed in gorilla city. Also, wasnt mirror master suppose to show up in s2?
I would like to see how they handle Mirror Master tbh, the show handles different dimensions pretty nicely. Though Cold was kinda lame though, ole cartoon ass mofo.
