Cisco vibed her death by Thawne. Barry managed to locate them in time and prevent her death. Cisco fading away had to due with Barry’s decision to keep Thawne in their timeline instead of sending him back to his own time.

There is no indication that barry is faster than zoom. Hes just finally really really fast. Remember zoom demolished barry earlier. It wasnt even close. Hes zoom tier now, and when pushed he will be higher than zoom tier on the final episode. But right now, there was no way he could stop zoom from killing his dad. He knew that too.
