Well zoom being zolomon meant nothing until jay found earth 1 jay, who is hunter z. We knew that from the comics, but the show didnt find hunter z until like 3 episodes ago.Then it was like, oh okay, sooo hes likely zoom somehow. But before that, it had the possibility of being up in the air of a few different people, who just somehow were different people on earth 2, and ended up as zoom.
In hindsight, yes, now we see that pretty much everyone on earth 2 is just a counterpart of their earth 1 people, not like completely different people. Like caitlin is a bad guy, but her name is still caitlin. Eddie is still eddie. Cisco is still cisco, but stronger, and a bad guy. Although technically deadshot was a completely different person. But yeah, the last 3 episodes finally solidified that zoom is hunter z, and it isnt randomly barrys dad.
I have a feeling that the real Jay Garrick, dude in the mask, is going to be a different actor than dude that was playing āJay Garrick.ā I think āJay Garrickā was Hunter Zolomon the whole time.
From what I understand a lot of voice acting gigs are done remotely and can be done very easily/ quickly. A lot of actors have that did major voice parts in movies and cartoons have characterized it as taking a day to do. I feel like Toddās role would be easy enough he could do it along Star Trek and keep making money, but perhaps not. Also hasnāt Todd been in Star Trek before?? Random to play another character (but worth it iām sure.)
If I got to have those powers for a whileā¦even just a couple of days before dying as a resultā¦yeahhhh Iād be perfectly ok with that.
*oh donāt tell me theyāre trying to play up some romantic tension between Iris and her boss (which is always a horrible idea in the workplace, btwā¦at least for men)? I guess they have to postpone Barry+Iris for a while though so perhaps it makes sense.
