Id suggest setting your pet hotbar to be shift+(1-=) so that you can readily issue pet commands.
Pets are less important to fate grinding, but if soloing you need to make sure you use tank pet and USE SUSTAIN TO KEEP IT ALIVE.

i’ve already cleared that hunting log though, I did that before I beat the main story.

I’m finally at a point where I’m pretty comfortable with my progress so far in the game, so I’ll be able to help people a lot more now. Don’t particularly feel like going back to the grindstone to grind out levels for my ACN/SCH yet, so yeah

You can clear rank two before game completion, You don’t get the AK mission from the flame captain until you clear the game however. so all I need is AK

Out of curosity should i have a preferance on healer?
Scholar looks like more fun but if White mage is better utility over all i can grind that instead.
Fairy can cure someone else whil you cure someone else, sch has aoe heal after 35 I think.
Idk if adloquim is working as intended, it gives damage resistance based on how much hp it heals, but it seems to be a stoneskin effect, so it has like 30 seconds, but gets peeled off in an attack or 2 so idk if its supposed to be like stoneskin or supposed to be like a mini protect.
If they don’t buff pet controls, then I see whm pulling ahead as ideal, although having a whm and sch might be good in big parties.

Adloquim? No its the sch’s “primary heal” it costs the most, but you do it cause of that stoneskin buff. Physick is just cure with a different name.
I love getting paired with a Scholar instead of another White Mage. Makes healing a lot less redundant overall.
scholar and white mage are very different classes, I don’t see one being better than the other. They both have important party wide buffs, so i don’t see one phasing the other out ever…unlike paladins and warriors.
We really need pet macros though,and I think follow should be usable on party members.
