Jay u just imported via Firewire (or IEEE) connection. You could use either windows media player or Adobe priemer to capture/edit/produce it.

Well see how it goes, however the capture cards has the problem that it doesn’t work properly in windows vista (although its advertised it does). However, judging from the computer u r saying it should run windows XP and shouldn’t go into any problems.
