Hey Dinoz, I tried to PM you saying i wanted to come by with a friend to watch (but I’m new on this forum and apparently i cant send a message until after 5 posts). Never been to one of these, and thought it might be cool…Is that cool to just come by and watch?

Hey, i really want to come out to this one, but i have no means with which to get there.
if it would be possible for someone in the area to give me a lift, i could bring a 360, stick, and a tv if neccesary.
PS: I live in milton, just off of the 401, and can make it to either the james snow pkwy exit, or the highway 25 exit for pickup (as long as i dont need to bring the tv that is)
OH and i can bring a camera, tripod, and power bars if needed (and if i can get a lift lol)

I am still bringing the camera to record SF4 only. I have absolutely no interest in SC4. I’ll drop by Black’s tonight to see if I can get a cheap tripod.
Getting the footage on to youtube will be a whole different story … I don’t even know what kind of camcorder my mom has … gonna check tonight :S
if it’s more than $20 then don’t bother.
Just go to factorydirect.ca and get one, they have toronto stores.
Since it’s just for the spur of the moment type thing and you don’t want to spend that much money on it.
If the camera needs MiniDV tapes then it will be really hard to take the footage off them. If it’s just a camera that uses memory sticks then your set.

okay so i just got home and looked at the camera. … it’s a sony model and it takes mini DV’s
I have 2 tapes which have 60 mins each … so 2 hrs total of footage … which i think shoudl be more than enough (?)
the problem is of course getting them off the tapes and putting them on the net (i don’t have a capture card) …
sooo any ideas?
ps. i will still bring it anyways i guess, as well as a power bar so we have enough outlets
