I’m calling it now, unless all the parts needed to create this monstrosity are total cheap shit; the price point is going to rival when Sony announced the PS3 originally.
I think that the Wii U will be 399.99. Back when they announced NGP, I speculated that it was going to be at least 299 and it was going to reach that price point because the parts used in the machine are actually a year or two old. Sony beat expectations b/c they supposedly downgraded the memory and whatever else they did to it.
I’m hoping that’s just an early oversight on Nintendo’s part starting out and it’ll be rectified once enough people smack some sense into them. Good ole Nintendo curveballs.
Also as pretty much figured Sony is selling Vita at a loss and is expecting to make profit on it in 3 years.
