I don’t know if other devs will follow suit, but it is possible to do PSP <-> PS3 cloud gaming. PSV <-> PS3 cloud gaming is being encouraged by the looks of it.
Even though we haven’t seen Nintendo’s conference yet, I’m gonna go ahead and say that E3 1998 and E3 2006 are not going to get knocked off of the throne any time soon.
