I saw people on Twitter try to say Republicans are constitutionalists because Republicans are trying to sue swing states. That’s actually the opposite of being a constitutionalist considering states are free to run elections how they see fit and other states don’t get a say in that. It’s actually crazy to see Republicans say how much they follow the constitution but only when it applies to their interests.

Republicans support states’ right by meddling in how certain states handle their elections, just like they oppose masks on the ground of personal freedom while denying said freedom when it comes to women in a pregnancy.
Or oppose abortion because you can’t kill babies, but then also oppose gun regulating legislation so the United States wouldn’t have record numbers of school shooting and have kids shot in schools instead of in the womb.
Maybe it’s because life is precious, but only if it’s brand new, and then the value drops fast?

The GOP is so blind to Party line agendas that Cronyism is expected.
Cruz and Graham are so used to their own BS that they are starting to believe the lies themselves.
They think if they can force the issue though multiple state borders they can force SCOUTUS’ hand in taking the case. The thing is is SCOUTUS does take the case and regardless of the outcome will effect Elections for a long time to come. As the SCOUTUS verdict will establish new case law.
There a big risk for the GOP that they could hurt themselves worst
No one likes to lose, but Trump thinks that he is stronger than America. After he gets out of office, the US will give him one last chance to settle down, and then it’s a wrap for him.
