What do they mean rocket arena is back?
I have no idea to be honest. Maybe there was there a Rocket Arena that existed before?
When they started talking about the mechanics I got a lil chub, I want to see people do some Poe Dameron shit.
Rocket Arena sounds like a name for Rocket League 2.
Updated the OP and cleaned it up a bit. Added some rumors and more times for already announced events.
According to another leak the new crash game being announced on Tuesday launches in October
Toys for Bob is also handing development.
So MightyKeef May have just spoiled the Pokémon direct on Thursday for me through osmosis. He liked a tweet talking about a leak on 4chan. Which is known for a lot of things and accurate leaks with Nintendo and Pokémon being among them.
The leaker says the full presentation will announce the following
Summary
- Crown Tundra drop 9/9. They show off new Galarian forms including a Galarian Regigigas.
- New Pokémon Snap will launch 7/10
- Two new Lets Go! titles. Let’s Go Espeon and Lets Go Umbreon. They will be remakes of Pokémon Crystal In the same way LGPikachu and LGEevee were a remake of Pokémon Yellow. They mentioned the day/night cycle will be back. Launches this Holiday.
- Pokken 2 for Q1 2021 release.
- Gen 4 remakes titled Timeless Diamond and Spaceless Pearl. The cover legendaries, Dialga (Diamond) and Palkia (Pearl) will also have new unlockable forms. Releases holiday 2021.
I honestly doubt a lot of it but tons of accurate Nintendo leaks have come from 4chan in the past. Hell, The LGE and LGP games were leaked on 4chan hella months before announced but no one believed the leaker cause they posted them on April Fools.
- Crown Tundra dropping in September makes sense. Leaves plenty of wiggle room for LGUbreon and LGEspeon
- I’ve also heard rumors about Gen 2 Let’s Go branded titles since late last year.
- the release for New Snap doesn’t seem accurate as Paper Mario: Origami King launches exactly one week later. But Nintendo will also be Nintendo. They’ll do whatever they want and still print money. I mean they released Pokémon ORAS and Sm4sh the same day and both sold more than expected so who knows?
- Pokken 2 seems way far fetched. I think if it is true they need to make it team format. Like Pokken Tag Tournament. 2v2 or 3v3 just like in the traditional Pokémon games. Or at least give those options.
- I don’t see them doing any more generational remakes with how they’re doing the current generational games now and going forward. Especially since it was shown you encounter almost every legendary in the games history in Crown Tundra. Which includes Dialga and Palkia.
2 sets of remakes in 1 year? Pressing x to doubt here. Gamefreak ain’t that big.
Read again.
Edit: Oh. I know what you mean now.
I think it’s because the two games are vastly different and one of them which has been already announced is something that fans have been waiting literal decades for.
Edit 2 turbo: read the hidden stuff again though cause accidentally omitted one of the announcements the leaker mentioned
I enjoyed LGP more than SwSh lmao… but that’s mainly the nostalgia. Although SwSh’s gameplay doesn’t exactly make it much better. The combat is so tedious and easy I rather just toss pokeballs.
Some low res screens got leaked for what i assume will be the trailer for the next Crash game
Ahh…ok that’s a bit more believable if they are gonna space them a year apart.
The potential of that other game that you put on there should be interesting. Very curious how they will move that IP forward.
Summary
I don’t know if we’re talking about the same thing. You said you doubt they have the juice to do 2 remakes in the same year. I figured you were talking about New Snap and the Johto Lets Go’s. They play vastly different and people have been asking for a new or updated Snap for decades.
Were you talking about the gen 4 remakes?
Summary
When you first put it up I read it as having the Go remakes and the Gen 4 remakes coming out in the same year. That was what ai was doubting. Snap is mostly being handled by Bandai Namco so I’m thinking purely on what the staff of Gamefreak is capable of doing on their own. They had it set up previous with Pokemon titles such that they did mainline 1 year, skip a year, remake, skip a year, mainline game. I was under the impression before that they were about to drop 2 sets or remakes in the same year after just dropping a mainline game and that’s what I was doubting. If they are spacing the remakes out by a year then that seems more feasible but Gamefreak just recently jumped into the HD scene with Pokemon so I da know…we’ll see.
That makes much more sense.
Edit: god fucking dammit why are the hide details tags randomly not working?
