Let me guess, game save and/or CWCheated the hell out of WO1 and 2 right? 
Anyway so it appears that the minimum staple weapon attributes are Bolt, Wind, and Slay. I suppose you can add Absorption for Musou refill, Brilliance as well if you want to ruin the game.
Nopeā¦I actually grinded the fuck out of both those games.
Took me 9 months for WO1ā¦and a year for WO2.
I did not enjoy grinding proficiency for Yoshimoto and Nu Wa.
Well damn, my respect for you just rose up notches.
I on the other hand cheated. Wanted to get maxed out optimal weapon attributes and characters with 4 star weapons, max proficiency, etc. right away to do Chaos Mode runs.
What exactly does proficiency do in the WO games aside from unlock thingsā¦do they affect characters stats?
Do they even matter in WO3?
in 2, it just unlocked the other colors/outfits and it was needed for one of the dream missions (fuck unlocking that mission.)
in 3 it seems to do color/outfits again (I believe) and it also levels up your characterās ability trait. Thankfully with the return of items to equip, thereās one to help raise it quicker.
and I feel for you on the Yoshimoto grind. That was not fun at all. **AT ALL.:shake: **

New DLC for XL came out and I am SO loving the Lightning Sword so far. C6 for crowd clearing and cause slowdown around you? Too good. C2 and C5 are your typical Charge launchers. C3 is your go to charge attack for killing officers. Same can be said for C4 as well. This weapon is really a good fit for someone like Sima Shi. C6>C3>Musou 2, so sexy. :lovin:

Ok so Iām a week into the game and unlocked all but like two characters and the post True Ending unlockables. Current team is Zhou Tai (LV74) Meng Huo (LV59) and Keiji Maeda (LV43). From what Iāve seen Proficiency can be maxed out in 2 or 3 solo runs so that wonāt take too much time. However, is it me or is it way harder to level up people in this game? Anybody got any tips on making this faster?
Have Valor and/or Training Ground equipped in your weaponā¦also have Da Ji on your team since her special ability increases experience for her team.
Alsoā¦are you spending those growth points?
Iām guessing that those two buffs are one of those ārare buffsā that Iāve been hearing about. Do I have to play a certain difficulty or stared level?
Also I learned about the Da Ji tip but I donāt really see the difference what she offers. The level up rate still feels slow.
Oh and yeah Iāve used the growth points to level up a few characters a little bit from LV1 like 10-15 levels.
