Thinking about doing the same. I’ve been itching for a DW game. My last was 5/SW. I think I saw mention of a DW7XL though.

The NA version is supposed to be out today (15th)…EU’s will be on the 18th.
Yeah, Gamestop’s website has the release date listed as 11/22. :sad:
Despite being a Warriors fan for damn near a decade I’ve never had both a normal copy of a game in the series and the XL version, always one or the other. Looks like this is going to be no different, I need to stop being so damn cheap.

Ugh, my local Gamestops said that the game comes out on the 17th. It’s almost exactly like what happened to Persona 3 Portable, when the game was a day late of the street date. The funny thing is that they had the pre-order bonus (Junpei’s cap) before the game. :lol:

Man I fucking love this series right behind Final Fantasy. Back in the day my brothers and my dad used to play Dynasty
Warriors all the time. I remember we unlocked all the characters and beat Dynasty Warriors 3 and 4. Then afterwards I kept
playing the game and end up unlocking all the characters for Samurai Warriors 1 & 2. It saddened me when I figured out that
no one played Samurai Warriors 2 online for the 360. I’m not so sure why the game was addictive to me though because it was pretty repetitive
and just a button mash hack and slash kind of game.
Though I gotta say the most badass character in the series will always be Lu Bu. When that nigga came riding in on a horse
you knew things were going DOWN!
Then after Lu Bu the second most badass character was Hanzo Hattori from Samurai Warriors.
