Enjoying One Piece Musou 2 quite a bit. Not a single “bounce Luffy all over the place” stage in sight. And while it looks like they’ve panned the camera so far out that you can barely see any detail in your character (short of cutscenes), so far it seems to have improved the framerate from the first one. Also, thank god they got rid of those QTEs during cutscenes (the fact that they contributed to your score made grinding more bothersome as I wouldn’t skip them).
Thought the “request rescue” option was just a cute name for drop-in/drop-out MP. Accepted an invite & got matched with a poor guy doing Super Hard runs. I could barely kill peons. Needless to say, I won’t be answering any requests for a good long while 
apparently One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 has some really bad translation…Still might buy it if its the right price.
I’ll wait for a price drop, since I still haven’t beaten DW8 yet.

Ah, sounds about accurate with my 1-50 experience so far. Perona is hot booty buttcheeks (her depression mechanic is ass), Whitebeard, Ace and Luffy suffer from what I call “Kaede From Last Blade 1 to Last Blade 2 Syndrome” (characters didn’t exactly get worse, but the average power level went up).
What makes Eneru amazing? Is it his character-specific skill, which I have yet to acquire?

It has a lasting effect that goes on for like 3 seconds and it’s a room clearer.
His level 2 Super is op as fuck and a room clearer.
With his Lightning Mechanic bar at level 4 his SSST is also a pretty nice room clearer.
With his Character specific Skill it just makes charging the lightning meter faster, but if you know how to abuse style you won’t need it.
Oh shit, I just realized that style gives you maxed lightning meter, so I could theoretically do style - SSST - style super, level 2 to max out style again, etc.

Dont do style super.
Just do SSST - Destyle - Level 2 - Style - Rinse repeat.
After the Level 2 the style meter should be maxed again since its a pretty long super.
Ah, I see what you mean - destyling saves enough style meter for level 2 to top it off again.
Yes, Eneru is silly as shit with the style thing, since the SSST builds 2 bars by itself. I don’t really get why Double Fruit Blackbeard is godlike, besides his busted level 1. All of his attacks are so slow, so he feels like a crappy Kuma.
DP Blackbeard is like the lowest of the S tiers because he requires a little bit of work to do damage.
His SSST or SSSST drags enemies into one spot so you can do his R2 action for some nice damage, and if you got the unique skill that makes R2’s stronger he’ll wreck shit ez, also, his level 1 Super being used 4 times just rapes all.
Cool, cool.
So, Kizaru. He seems burly, but real simple. All I’ve been doing is SSTTT while in style mode, and SSSST while out of style mode. His level 1 seems better than his level 2, if only because the level 2 does disappointing damage.
