On A_Rival’s stick pipe, frying pan and Dante hammer all magically lose the overhead property and become unblockable.

C-Bass, I checked it out in training mode extensively. It seems like there’s a few different cases

  1. If he jumps into the air and slams the pipe down on you, it’s an overhead
  2. If he uses the pipe on the GROUND, it’s NOT an overhead

So it seems like playing against Haggar is pretty much going to be frantically guessing which one he’s actually going to throw. It’s like wolverine all over again.
