Did they take “Iron Will” out of the D+ catalog?

Good question. And if not, why not? The precedent has been set, but where do you draw the line?

I’m of the opinion that they should leave all original content in, warts and all. Just because Kevin Spacey tried to hump a teenager doesn’t mean his movies are bad, or that they even portray that message in any way.

They did not

Never even heard of Iron Will until now. What’s so controversial about it?

Kevin Spacey is in it…

Oh…I mean, he was in a LOT of shit so at some point you gonna have to acknowledge he was a thing once upon a time lol. Put a disclaimer like WB does for their old cartoons like “WARNING: KEVIN SPACEY. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED” or some shit.

Disney already does that for their old cartoons. The original Dumbo and Fantasia carry those disclaimers. I doubt they will do that with Spacey since his controversy isn’t fresh anymore.

Exactly. The triggering over this kind of stuff is crazy.

I know it’s the Simpson’s creative team that made the decision to cut the episode, but that moment in pop culture (at the time) was huge.

You basically do this:
If you already have Hulu Plus and Disney+ upgrade your Disney+ to the Hulu/ESPN+ Package using the same email for both. When the billing cycle happens Disney will refund you the $6 extra it’s costs for both.

That’s interesting. I wasn’t interested in the bundle because I am already a Hulu subscriber without adds. Nice to see there’s a workaround.

Probably because of licensing deals

Figured is left over from a older agreement.

Michael did the voice, but he credited under a fake name as per their agreement.

Correction, Michael and a impersonator did voice recordings and no one other than michael knew which recording was used, even Brooks don’t know which recording was used.

Same like how Michael Jackson did the music to Sonic 3, he also wanted to be left out of the credits.

No sonic 3 was when the kid stuff first popped up. It wasn’t his choice

No he wanted to be left out as he was not happy with the results.

Where is this stated. It’s only been recently confirmed he was even officially part of the project. It literally took a YouTube vid to confirm it

Hmmm I have Hulu but I don’t want ESPN. I already have 3 years of D+ paid for. Not sure if this bundle would save me anything.

If you bought that 3-year deal I don’t think you’d save anything. If anything just contact Hulu or Disney+ support and ask.

As a guy who isn’t big into Star Wars, I must say, I loved the 1st episode of The Mandalorian. I like the more grounded take, probably why I liked Rogue One so much

Actually, for a streaming exclusive show, it looked like 4 times the budget that is typically spent for these. CGI looked solid and background scenery was well done too. Overall is a well done product

The streaming shows are getting movie sized budgets. It why it looks so good.

This and for every “Mandalorian” we’ll get three High School Musical: The Musical(s). I am sure that the production budget is scaled accordingly to what people really want.
